This was a great time. The boat very comfortably sat 24 guests. The captain was a good mix of informative, friendly, but without being obtrusive or too chatty. We would definitely take this tour again.

This adventure was the highlight of our trip to Lake Tahoe. We were fortunate that the wind was brisk, and the beautiful Tahoe Cruz soared. The captain and first mate were professional, friendly and did everything they could to make the experience top notch. I was permitted to take the helm for more than an hour and it's something I'll never forget! I highly recommend the Tahoe Cruz.

Very enjoyable cruise. Lots of fun, nice boat. Captain Mike was great, but he could have spent more time playing tour guide, sharing information about Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area rather than just answering questions.

Beautiful to see the mountains from a different vantage point. On a windy day, it is really exciting. Those that get seasick should not worry. Even on rough waters, it is pretty smooth. Captain was great at letting the kids take a turn at the wheel. Very relaxing. Great photo opportunity.

The four of us really enjoyed our sailing adventure. It was easy to make the reservations and purchase the tickets in advance. When we arrived at the boat harbor there were no surprises, everything went very smoothly. I would definetly do this again.

There were plenty of beverages on the cruise, but we were promised snacks to eat on the website, but there were none.

The wind on the 12 noon sail was not with us on the way out, but we had a great time on board with Capt. Jim and fro. The place is magnificent and the lake is beautiful and Tahoe Cruz is a joy. All that we knew in advance. Jim and Fro made it a wonderful afternoon. Full of local knowledge that they impart in a warm and very personal way. When you add to that that we had the wind coming in, it was perfect. I would do this again in a heartbeat. It was our last day in Tahoe and the most memorable time of our trip.

We took our kids for their first single hull sailing experience on the Tahoe Cruz. They had a blast and the captain even let them have a hand at the helm. This was a real sailing trip, with afternoon breezes blowing in gusts up to 28 knots, giving the kids a real taste of sailing and they loved every minute of it. The crew was very friendly and made everyone comfortable. We only wish it could have lasted longer!

Staff was wonderful and very attentive. The wind wasn't cooperating the day of the cruise so we were under motor for most of the time. The staff was apologetic & made the best of it!
