Sunset cruise sans Sunset

| The evening sailing expedition is described as a sunset cruise on Lake Tahoe. Sunset in the summer happens around 8PM. The cruise started at 5:30PM and was done before 8PM.
We expected to be on the water when the sky and the reflection on the water would be filled with sunset colors. Instead, we were back in the car, on our way to dinner.
The whole point of doing the cruise was to be on the lake during sunset. We felt very disappointed by this fact. |

| We had a very enjoyable time. The sailing was a great experience and the views were great. Staff was hospitable, laid back and efficient. Great selection of drinks and appetizers. Would highly recommend and do again! |

| The trip fulfulled my expectations and then some. The boat was in good condition, Capt. Jim was very friendly and told us a lot about sailing and Tahoe. The wine and snacks were wonderful.
We plan to do it again next time we are in the Tahoe area. |

| This cruise was surely one of the highlights of my family's summer vacation. We lost our car keys and were running late for the boat by a couple of minutes, but they called and asked us where we were and actually the captain held the boat a few minutes for us, and we made it. The cruise was peaceful and relaxing. We have two two boys ages 10 and 8, and a little girl that is 6 years old, and they all thought the cruise was great. Don't know if we were just lucky in taking a cruise that had some great people on it, but that is what will make the cruise enjoyable. The only down side is it is a little tight if the boat is at full capacity, but the layout makes people interact with each other. I highly recommend taking the Sunset cruise. |

| My husband and I are Tahoe locals. We have a ski boat, but not a sail boat. Our child was away at camp and we took the opportunity to have some grown-up fun. The weather was wonderful, the capatin and crew made us very comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend, but not to families with small kids. When the boat gets going you really have to hang on! |

| Great trip, great crew, great way to see the lake from water level making you want to come back for more!
The only suggestion would be to clearly define where and when the group should assemble, something as simple as a sign on the dock saying you are in the right spot and be ready to board at ___. |

| Sunset sail was very nice. Captain and mate were wonderful, knowledgeable and very nice. Thanks for a nice tour of Lake Tahoe. |

| Captain Mike and First Mate Greg did one heck of a great job. The sailing was beyond anything we anticipated as the wind was perfect and the day was superb!
Beverages were more than plentiful as was the "snacks". If anyone on board was unhappy they should definitely stay as land lubbers.
Kudos for a very worthwhile trip.
Can't Thank the Captain and his First Mate enough!! Have already been spreading the word to all our acquaintances to go soon or next year as the sail was THE BEST"!! |

| From the reviews we read, we expected our Tahoe sailing trip to be fun, but it far exceeded that. The service was great (delicious appetizers and a good choice of beverages). The lake is beautiful and the captain an expert sailor. We'd definitely go again! |

| This was so much fun! Everything was organized, they brought the chardonnay out quickly, beautiful spread of appetizers. Great captain and skip, just fabulous. Beautiful on the lake, exciting experience and highly recommended! Easy to book online, find in Tahoe and well worth the price! An absolute treasure and value in Tahoe. :) |
