The cruise was a very good, relaxing and enjoyable time . . . we'll do it again!

Let me start by saying I dislike boats-all boats, be it ocean or lake. My husband and I did this boat ride with another couple. It was the best boat ride I've ever been on. I was relaxed the entire time, and enchanted by the scenery. The staff was very friendly and helped set the tone on the boat. We plan on returning next year and will take the boat ride again.

This trip was exactly as promised. The crew were enthusiastic and friendly. As often as they have taken passengers out, it would be easy for them to be less than enthusiastic. But this was not the case. They were genuinely friendly, and love sailing, and it showed. I highly recommend this trip.

I found the entire experience from the ease of purchasing the tickets, the courtesy call just before the launch time to the cheerful crew to be top notch. I would abosolutely recommend this to everyone. What a fantastic way to see Lake Tahoe!

For my boyfriends birthday and our anniversary we headed out on the Tahoe Cruz! It was a great experience. The boat ride was very nice and relaxing, we pretty much just headed out across the lake and back. Drinks and appetizers were nice, the only thing I could say that was a little strange was the boat was really packed! You couldnt really get up to take a look around or walk to the other side of the boat to change seats because there were so many people every empty spot on the boat was filled. Great boat ride, very relaxing! Would definitely do it again! Recommend it to you, especially if you have been searching for something fun to do.

Sailing on Lake Tahoe is a peacfull low impact way to exsperience Californias premier Alpine Lake.

First of all, put us on a small rubber boat to take us to the sail boat which was anchoroed out, well excuse me but I am not 20 anymore, and did not like that at all. Next, get to the sail boat, there was not even a ladder to climb from the rubber boat onto the sail boat, I had to get on the sail boat by needing alot of help to get on and then had to be pulled up and get on my knees to board which was very uncomfortable, not to say embarrasing. On the website it said we would be cruising by the estate where they filmed the "Godfather" which I was looking forward to, so I mentioned it to the captain and he just said no, not today and with no reason why. Again, disappointed. All that sail did was "put" around and they never even slowed down to tell us anything about all the beautiful homes that we barely saw. Then to top it all off, brought us back to dock a half hour early and then they had the nerve to want gratutities. I am definitely not one to complain, but come on what a rip-off. Won't make that mistake again. Almost forgot extremely uncomfortable, one cushion for 15 people that I saw. My back was killing me.

This is the most relaxing way to see the beauty of Lake Tahoe. The Captain and 1st Mate were great. It was fun getting to meet the other passengers as we all discussed the places we've seen. Refreshments and appetizers were a great touch. This trip was worth the price. Everyone agreed Lake Tahoe is without a doubt one the most beautiful places they have ever seen. Thanks.....

My daughter and I truly enjoyed this sail on Lake Tahoe. The Captain and first mate were very friendly and knowledgeable. We'd definitely recommend this trip to the sailing enthusiasts!

Lake was beautiful. Captain and First Mate were charming and knowledgeable. Complimentary light snacks and drinks were great. Would go again for sure.

After getting off to a late start, we motored around the shoreline looking for a breeze...the Captain gave us a running commentary on home values along the shoreline (wow)...was more interested in the natural facts of the lake and surrounding area. We never really got to sail...no compensation for getting a late start and the less than thrilling experience. I felt that maybe we should have rented Kayaks instead, especially since we were near the shore the duration! The lake is beautiful anyway you look at it . We were there on our anniversary so the sailing was supposed to be a highlight...it wasn't.

My husband and I spent a wonderful evening on the Tahoe Cruz with our grown children. I booked the Sunset Cruise through Zerve and found the process to be efficient and easy. We received great information as to the location of our departure and ideas for apparrel. We were cheerfully greeted and then shuttled out to the sailboat. The captain and first mate (Greg) were welcoming and answered a multitude of questions posed by the passengers. Wine, beer and soft drinks were served in the midst of Tahoe's beauty. Appetizers accompanied the drinks and were well presented. The sails were unfurled and we spent the next two hours skimming softly along the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe. Passengers were allowed to try their hands at the captain's wheel. We had wanted to have a very special event for our 40th anniversary and we achieved that goal.

We happened upon the largest sailboat race of the year at Tahoe, and our Captain took us right into the middle of it!

Drove straight to the dock from a hectic week just in time to relax for over two hours over the water of beautiful Lake Tahoe. The drink and food was plenty. My husband was never without a beer and we didn't have to eat dinner afterwards. I loved how the boat wasn't overcrowded. I would recommend this to every person coming to visit Lake Tahoe, even if you've been there before.

This was a daytime sail on Lake Tahoe - the boat was Cruz and I was the lone adult with 5 children: 1 teenager, and 4 children aged 6-10. It was easy to find the location based upon the directions provided, and the boat shuttle to the sailboat was quick and easy. I was very impressed with the skill and personality of the crew - they had a lot of knowledge about the boat and its history, they were very gracious, they let the children take turns at the wheel, and they kept us happy with cool drinks and watermelon! They had life jackets for the little ones and by the time the sail ended, we all felt like we had made new friends. Oh, the view of the lake and shoreline isn't bad either and there was adequate wind during the sail.
