We were very happy that we picked this boat trip. The sailboat trip allowed us to really experience the beauty of the lake and interact with the boat crew. This was so much better than being crammed onto a big boat with over a hundred people! The crew was fantastic, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. We will do it again next time we are in the area |

My wife and I were on our honeymoon to Lake Tahoe and had heard from a local that the sailboat cruises were not to be missed. Our experience with Tahoe Sailing Charters was a pleasure and we recommend it to anyone else thinking about sailing around Lake Tahoe at sunset. |

This was a beautiful and relaxing way to finish our day at the lake. The Captain and his helper were both incredibly nice and helpful, explaining everything so that we would know what to expect. Nice selection of drinks. Basic appetizers, but you don't go on this to eat. You go on this to experience the lake without the noise of a motor - just the wind in the sails. There were 25 people on the boat, plus the captain and first mate, but it didn't feel crowded. Go - and enjoy! |

We were a bit apprehensive as the winds were gusty and the lake looked a bit rough, but it turned out well. The jackets and blankets provided were a godsend; the snacks were good and the crew very helpful. We had a blast and enjoyed it very much. |

The cost was good for the value received. Even though it was quite windy, we felt safe and had a great time. The appetizers were not fancy, but just perfect for the occasion and the drinks were generously offered. We wish the captain had given some descriptions of the Tahoe coastline but it may have been difficult to hear due to the size of the boat. We would recommend this event and will probably return and bring friends along too. |

Weather on Lake Tahoe was perfect for our late afternoon sailing cruise. Captain Mike made our evening most enjoyable. He was outstanding in the way he handled the boat. He actually docked the boat without engine power. He was attentive and made the sail extremely fun for us and our fellow passengers. Beverages were plentiful and varied. We all had a great time. |

The cruz was fun and enjoyable. The captain and first mate did all the work, but if you wanted they allowed you to take the helm for a turn. They served you well with ample drinks and knowledge of both sailing and questions about the lake itself.The views were great and just wished it lasted a little longer. |

Sailboat is really nice. It is windier in the afternoons, so I would recommend the afternoon or sunset cruise. The boat can take up to 25 people, although we had 10 on our excursion and that was really nice and roomy for all of us. Staff were courteous and informative. I plan to come back and sail with them again in the next few months. |

Beautiful boat, knowledgeable skipper, great weather. It was an ideal evening to sail on the Lake, leaving from Tahoe City and sailing south for an hour, then heading back. Our total group was 14 people, all ages. Everyone who wanted to steer the boat got a chance. We learned a lot about sailing and about the region. I highly recommend this sailing cruise! |

We were on vacation over Memorial Day and took advantage of this sailing experience. It was excellent from start to finish and my husband was thrilled to steer the boat. Captain Jim made sure we were all safe but that we all had a great time too! |

The Captain and the first Mate where extremely professional and made our family feel safe and secure.
It was very cold and the captain kept looking for ways to keep us warm.
This was our first time sailing as a family and we had a great time.
We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. |
