| Sailing Lake Tahoe is a wonderful way to experience the lake. The sail itself was just right - about 15 knots of wind and the captain was personable, pointing out a variety of interesting facts during the sail. The process to reserve tickets and onboard was easy and timely. We brought our four children ages 9-17 who LOVED the trip (and they are a tough crowd to please!) | ||||||

| Everyone, including the 3 young adults, had a great time. The 'kids' got to stir the sailboat which they really enjoyed. Weather was perfect with enough wind. Thanks for selling hats, windbreakers, etc. at your check-in place. | ||||||

| Great trip, great crew, great way to see the lake from water level making you want to come back for more! The only suggestion would be to clearly define where and when the group should assemble, something as simple as a sign on the dock saying you are in the right spot and be ready to board at ___. | ||||||

| My husband and I celebrated our 16th Anniversary on 08-08-08, our experience with Captain Mike was wonderful! It was not only a special day for us, but Mike and his First Mate were very friendly and accomadating. My husband is not a real "thrill seeker", but he had a great time as well!! | The ship was great as was the crew of the Tahoe Cruz. We were met by a cheerful and professional Captain Jim. Lake Tahoe was a perfect setting with the wind and blue waters of the lake...clear blue sky. Everyone on board had a great time. We whole heartedly recommend this cruise to everyone of all ages. Next time we are in Lake Tahoe we will enjoy this cruise again. | ||||||

| We were a bit apprehensive about going on a "tourist sail" but the skipper Jim did a terrific job of involving us in the sailing of his fine boat. We had a great sail with great afternoon winds! | What a beautiful sailboat - cutting through the water on the lake and sails billowing in the breeze. Captain Mike was fabulous, very friendly and calm. The wine poured freely, the breeze was warm and I felt like I'd died and gone to heaven. If you're in the area, you won't want to miss this fabulous time! | ||||||

| The Captain and crew were awesome! The food and beverages were tasty. It was the first time to actually sail on the lake and feel the acceleration as the ship would speed up when the wind hit the sails just right. The lake wasn't too rough and the Captain would let other cruise members try their hand at sailing the ship. I talked to him briefly and asked about his sailing experiences and also his expertise in sailing. I was certainly satisfied with his credentials and knowledge of sailing this vessel. He also showed hie expertise during this outing. He has an easy and likable personality . I have two suggestions . One is a complaint. It was after we had come back to the dock. The crew didn't set out the two step stool for the passengers to easily and carefully step down onto the dock from the ship. It was very difficult for me and two members of my party to disembark from the vessel . As we grow older we just don't have the "flexibility" that we once had when we were 20 something. ( We were in our 50's) The second one is that this particular cruise was the last one of the day and it had a few passengers who really wanted to get "wasted" faster that the crew members could bring out the alcoholic drinks. Do you know what I mean? | ||||||
