We were extremely impressed. Could not have asked for more friendly, knowledgeable guides to lead us around downtown Raleigh. They should be commended and I would definitely come back and do more of the tours. The price was a little high, I think $30 would be a better fit, and in return would attract more people and more importantly entice them to keep coming back to do different tours. I told everyone we knew how awesome it was, but did get quite a few people who said, "wow, that's a little expensive though". But all in all, you have a fantastic team there... thank you!!! Kellie

My daughter and 2grandsons wewre looking for something different to do on a Saturday afternoon. We were apprehensive at first based on the variety of ages but quickly decided this was a great activity!! My grandsons are still talking about Darrow and Brian our tour guides. They made the historic tour fun and informative. I highly recommend this activity for all ages. Can't forget to mention they were very patient in teaching all of us how to handle the Segway. Can't wait to do again!!

We had a fabulous time with Darrow, Corny and our other guide. They trained us to be comfortable on the Segways before we ever left the shop and continued to ensure we were able to handle our rides. The actual tour was fascinating - Darrow is a great tour guide! He obviously loves Raleigh and its history. He told lots of great stories that have stuck with us. The Oakwood neighborhood and the cemetary were great places to ride and had wonderful history to explore. With Corny along to help with traffic control, we always felt safe crossing streets and with a third guide behind us to ensure no one got lost, we were able to focus on riding our Segways and listening to Darrow's stories about Raleigh's history. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend it to others, and will be back for another tour when we're in the area. Thanks, Triangle Glides!

I would highly recommend this activity to anyone. The guide, Darrow, was fantastic, and knew a lot about the area we were traveling though. Since the groups go through there daily, all of the neighbors are friendly, and are known on a first name basis. Being a Raleigh local, I figured I probably knew most of what there was to know about the area. I learned so much on the tour, and will definitely be visiting Historic Oakwood on multiple occasions in the future. The Segway portion of the tour was fun to learn, and they give you one on one attention until you feel comfortable enough on the machine. By the end of the tour, you're an old pro! We were on the tour on a Sunday afternoon, from about noon until 2:15. The weather was perfect, and it was a relaxing, but fun, way to spend the day.

We had a great time. The guides were wonderful and fun! They know what they are doing and provided an interesting and fun time.

The segways are fun to ride and it is a great way to learn the history of downtown Raleigh at the same time.

The tour was great. The people were very helpful in all areas. Learning to use the Segway was easy and fun. I'm already looking for new toursand thinking about trying off-road if I can find one.

Our tour was fun and exciting! Something different!

My husband and I had a great time, it was more fun then we expected it to be.After 10 minutes it became natural. Now we have something fun to do with out of town visitors. The guides were great!

I took my parents on this tour. None of us had ever been on a Segway, but the staff at Triangle Glides gave us a short training and made sure we were comfortable with it and able to safely operate the Segway before we left their shop. We all had a great time! Jeff, our guide, did a great job of pointing out Raleigh's highlights, injecting humor into the tour, and ensuring our safety as we maneuvered through downtown Raleigh. I would highly recommend this tour!

My adult daughters and I took a weekend Birthday trip from Charleston to Raleigh and included the Segway ride as the last activity to partake in. We three were blown away by how much fun it was ! This was a fantastic experience and we felt fully prepared by the pre-glide training provided and therefore very relaxed and comfortable on the tour. The guides were informative, safety minded and thoroughly entertaining ! We can't wait to come back to take one of the other available Segway tours very soon ! Do yourself a huge favor and don't pass up this phenomenal experience !

Very fun time! Would definitely do it again!

My husband and I had a super time on a tour of Raleigh. We live a few hours east and have spent little time in Raleigh so most on the tour was new for us. Our tour guide was very informative and greatly entertaining! This was our second Segway tour and we'll certainly be back in the future for other tours!

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgable of the area and enthusiatic about showing us around. The segways were easy and fun to ride. Overall, it was a fantastic expereince and I would definitely recommend it!
