Fun way to see a new city

| I'd never been on a Segway before, and was a little nervous. They had everyone up, about and comfortable in minutes. We were able to see a great deal of the city since getting around was so easy. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and told wonderful little stories that made the history of Raleigh come alive. |

| We had such a good time on the Downtown Raleigh tour! The guides were so knowledgable! I had no idea there was so much to know about Downtown Raleigh!
I have insisted that the next time my friends and I are looking to do something fun that we take a tour again!
It was so much fun! I'd recommend this tour to anyone :) |

| thanks for the assistance in learning how to use the segway . I enjoyed getting around the city via this method, it was efficient and easy .
Our guide provided enough information to make the tour informative but not overwhelming.
We had an enjoyable visit. |

| I am a local to Raleigh, NC and I had out of town family visiting me. Although I have now lived in Raleigh for 2 years, I have not seen much of my own city, due to business travel and a hectic schedule. This was such a unique and fun way for me to see my own city and for my out of town family to learn about Raleigh. The guide was knowledgable and attentive. None of us had ever been on a Segway before and we were excited and a bit apprehensive. But the safety tips, instruction and practice time in the store made us all feel comfortable venturing out into downtown Raleigh. We all commented that we wished the tour would go on longer! They give you plenty of breaks and time for a photo or two. It seems like a very good operation at Triangle Segway and I hope everyone gives this adventure a shot. Such a cool experience! |

| This tour was excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable. It was obvious that he truly knew the history and was a long time resident of Raleigh. The Segways were fun. At first operating it was intimidating, but within minutes it was second nature. The company prioritized safety. We were touring for 2 fulls hours. It's an excellent value. |

| What an awesome experience, this is a great way to explore the city, and learn about the history. We had a great tour guide that shared the history of the city and area with us. They worked with us to get us confortable up on the Segways, which was not hard to do at all. The Segway is a very easy machine to operate. I would highly recommend this trip to both local people and those from out of town. A+A+A+A+ |

| The tour was fun, safe and informative. I've lived in Raleigh for 27 years but have never seen some of the places we toured - I was particularly impressed with Oakwood Cemetery. The tour should be required of all new Raleigh arrivees. Bruce was a fabulous tour guide - extremely well informed and personable.
The segway was easy to get the hang of, and the transition from learning in the store to practicing in the parking lot before beginning the tour was perfect. Traffic was never a problem and I always felt safe.
One woman on our tour fell a couple of times, not because the segway was difficult to handle: she was an idiot who kept running up on curbs because she wasn't paying attention.
I plan to do it again with the next time I have visitors. |

| I wanted to try riding a Segway, and found this tour opportunity through a link within the Segway website. This tour of eastern Raleigh provides an opportunity to learn how to operate the Segway. You then get to spend two hours riding around Raleigh on a guided tour, which allow you to experience how the Segway operates on different terain and around various obstacles.
The tour operators provided radio receivers which allowed each of us to hear the tour leader as he narrated the tour and directed us. The tour guide led us and his assistant followed at the back of our line, so they could look our for hazards, traffic, and for us.
I was surprised at how much that we saw were areas that I have never seen before, even though I have been in the area many times. I feel that the tour is an excellent value. |

| The Segway tour of Raleigh was a blast. Todd is great, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. I am a local who worked in downtown Raleigh for years, and learned so much on the tour!
The segways are easy to operate and really just too much fun. The two hours flew by, and I have to say was the highlight of our weekend.

| Our group took the 2 hour tour. Our ages ranged from 25 to 60, and every single one of us enthusiastically recommends this tour! The segway instruction was great and I learned lots of new information about Raleigh on the tour, despite the fact that I am FROM Raleigh and thought I knew a lot! Thanks for a great time! |
