Highly enjoyable experience!

From the moment I talked to the Zerve person who handled my reservation/payment to the end of the tour itself, I was treated with friendly consideration. My group consisted of my husband and myself, my husband's brother and adult nephew from outside Seattle in Washington State. My husband's brother had been here twice before, each time with one of his other adult children. We took them to places like the Tobacco Museum since they were not familiar with North Carolina. In trying to find something different this time but still about historical North Carolina, I found this unusual tour online. None of us had ever been on a Segway but I had seen one on Mythbusters and wanted to try it so this was a golden opportunity. It was Sunday so traffic was very light and we were able to park right in front of the store. We had the quick Segway training and then went on the tour. There were probably 15-20 in the group. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and presented it in an interesting and humorous manner. We were accompanied by two other guides who helped us in crossing streets. One took pictures for us of the four of us on the Segways to send to our friends and family. The 45 minute tour was just right for the first time on a Segway. The weather was beautiful. We all had a great time and I highly recommend this tour. Thank you!

The Segway tour of Raleigh was a blast! After an initial learning curve on using the Segway, we all relaxed and had so much fun. It was like being a kid again and learning to ride a bicycle for the first time without training wheels. The tour guides were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the history of Raleigh. The next time I'm visiting Raleigh, I will do this again.

We had a great time on the 45-minute tour. Looking forward to doing the 2-hour tour another time. The Segways were very easy to learn to use, and the planning/execution of the tour was outstanding. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Thanks to Triangle Segway for a great experience.

I ha a colleague in from Japan and I wanted to take him to do something unique. I had seen a reference to the Segway tours of Raleigh in a blog called Raleigh Connoisseur and decided to give it a try. When I told some of my co-workers, they expressed interest in coming, so we just made a group outing of it. The folks at TriSegway were great! We had our brief training period, then hit the road. The tour was informative and interesting. I had originally wanted to go on the 2.5 hour tour, but after the 45 minutes, my feet were letting me know that I made the right choice in going on the short tour. I plan to bring my family and friends that come to visit on the tour!

The people at Triangle Segway were very polite, knowledgeable, and patient with ALL riders. They took their time to explain and demonstrate the personal transporter. They had people in front, behind, and among the novices to assure a safe and enjoyable trip. The tour guide was friendly and thorough with his descriptions of what we were seeing. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. My friends and I hope to return in the fall for a longer glide.

Loved the segway experience and the tour. My wife and I just did the 45 minute tour because we were not sure what to expect. But we loved it so much that we are talking about doing the 2 hour tour. Also, we now plan to look up segway tours in other cities when traveling. Excellent value and a lot of fun. The historical narrative our guides provided added a lot to the tour. I would recommend this to everyone.

We absolutely loved what ended up being a private tour by Bruce and would highly recommend it to most anyone. This was our intro to Raleigh that started a great weekend in downtown Raleigh; it made the entire weekend even better by knowing more about the city. Thanks!
