| This was all my husband's idea and though I was going along with it, I couldn't help but be a little anxious about the whole thing, We signed up for the 2 hour Capital City East Tour. Todd was great! He explained how to ride the Segway very precisely and within minutes I felt totally at ease on it. The tour was outstanding and we're both looking forward to another. This is definitely worth the money and so much fun. Go on a tour! You won't be disappointed. | ||||||

| Most of the people in our tour were first timers to Segways. My parents were a little nervous, as they are "older and less coordinated" but they had a GREAT time. This was a fabulous and fun way to see the city..we had a great time!! The segways are really easy to use and much more fun than walking or a bus! The tour guide was great, very informative and made sure we were all safe on our Segways. Thanks so much!! | ||||||

| The segway was a really fun tour through Raleigh. The guide is really nice and really knowledgeable about the city. I learned and saw way more than I would have on my own. My favorite part was going through the Oakwood neighborhood and the cemetery, seeing all of the old houses and hearing the history that went along with them. I definitely recommend the 2 hour tour! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I was a bit scared at first, but it's really easy to ride! | ||||||

| I would highly recommend this tour (or any of the others by Triangle Segway for that matter) to anyone who would like to experience riding a Segway and learn more about Raleigh. This was our second time on a Segway (we rode one at Disney World last year) so the short in-store training session was a breeze for us. Our tour guide, Todd, led our group all around Raleigh and he did an excellent job of not only telling us about Raleigh's history but in watching out for our safety and comfort as well. The Segways we rode were in excellent condition and the wireless receivers we wore were a nice touch that enabled us to hear every word he said despite the street noise or distance from him. We learned a lot of new things about Raleigh's past and present despite having lived here for over 40 years. Riding a Segway is a fun experience. Riding one with Triangle Segway is even better. We'll be back... | ||||||

| The tour guide was knowledgeable, and the tour route was thoughtfully planned. The Segways were a lot of fun to ride. The combination of a chance to learn something new while learning about something old (Raleigh's history) was a delightful juxtaposition. Of course it helped that the Saturday we chose was the most perfect Fall day imaginable. Highly recommended! | ||||||

| We went on the 3:00 Sunday one hour tour. It was nice that the sidewalks were fairly empty on a Sunday and we could really zoom around . The Segways are amazing machines, and after about 20 minutes you begin to feel really comfortable on them. It is such a unique feeling to glide around so effortlessly. Quite exhilirating! Our guide was patient and supportive as we all went through the learning curve. He also knew a great deal about Raleigh, and even as a native I learned things I didn't know about our city. It was so much fun, I plan to give Segway tour gift certificates to family for Christmas presents. I know they will have a blast. | ||||||

| Riding the segway was a hoot, fun and remarkably intuitive in its use. The tour itself, even without the segway, was worth doing, taking me to places I hadn't been despite the fact that I've lived in the area for 23 years. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging and enthusiastic (but not overly so.) We will do it again. | ||||||

| This was a scary thought at the beginning, but once we all had our orientation and practice sessions in the store, we toured the city with ease and fun!!! The staff are excellent at teaching and supporting our learning - and it really is very easy to operate the segways and manouvre around on them. | ||||||

| "Driving" the segway was so much fun. We felt accomplished after only a few minutes of practice. The tour operator provides personal audio headsets so you can easily hear the tour guide's narration no matter where you are in the group in relation to the guide. And we learned a good amount of basic Raleigh history, too (which was one of our goals). Training, paperwork, etc. takes 20-30 minutes & the tour itself, on the segways, was 1 hour. We thought that was the perfect amount of time for first-timers; your feet & lower legs get a little stiff at that point. Really great & I enthusiastically recommend this activity. | ||||||
