| Staff was excellent ... The Segway was easy to operate. In 5 minutes the staff had us trained and feeling good about the tour we were about to take. Fun, informative and well worth the price paid... | ||||||

| We had a great time. The folks were patient and quickly had us all ready to ride in minutes... Once your on, its as if you are floating through Raleigh. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the great history of the capital city. I have been in Raleigh for some 30 years and work downtown but I was able to learn new things about our history. We took the 2 hour tour and enjoyed every minute. From the Memorial Auditorium to the Capital and beyond the Segway was the way to go. I strongly recommend this wonderful experience. Since my trip I have told many of my friends to check it out... I look forward to coming back myself... | ||||||

| I'd never been on a Segway before, and was a little nervous. They had everyone up, about and comfortable in minutes. We were able to see a great deal of the city since getting around was so easy. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and told wonderful little stories that made the history of Raleigh come alive. | ||||||

| We had such a good time on the Downtown Raleigh tour! The guides were so knowledgable! I had no idea there was so much to know about Downtown Raleigh! I have insisted that the next time my friends and I are looking to do something fun that we take a tour again! It was so much fun! I'd recommend this tour to anyone :) | ||||||

| we first got there and didnt think we would be able to do it even after triying it in the store, but once we got to the parking lot practice it got easier. By the time we did the tour it was fantastice and easy. It was the favorite part of our trip and the tour guide was excellent. We could hear everything perfectly. We would highly recommend this for all ages.!! | ||||||

| thanks for the assistance in learning how to use the segway . I enjoyed getting around the city via this method, it was efficient and easy . Our guide provided enough information to make the tour informative but not overwhelming. We had an enjoyable visit. | ||||||

| I am a local to Raleigh, NC and I had out of town family visiting me. Although I have now lived in Raleigh for 2 years, I have not seen much of my own city, due to business travel and a hectic schedule. This was such a unique and fun way for me to see my own city and for my out of town family to learn about Raleigh. The guide was knowledgable and attentive. None of us had ever been on a Segway before and we were excited and a bit apprehensive. But the safety tips, instruction and practice time in the store made us all feel comfortable venturing out into downtown Raleigh. We all commented that we wished the tour would go on longer! They give you plenty of breaks and time for a photo or two. It seems like a very good operation at Triangle Segway and I hope everyone gives this adventure a shot. Such a cool experience! | ||||||

| Not only was I able to do something I've always wanted to do (ride a Seg-way) but I very much enjoyed the tour. The duration of the hour-long tour was perfect for a novice seg-way rider. The tour guide was informative and knowledgeable as well as concerned for our comfort and safety. Our guide knew everything about the history of Raleigh and it's buildings we saw. I believe that people of any age could manage this tour. As far as the Seg-way goes, if I could figure any practical way to utilize one in my home area I'd want one! What fun! | ||||||

| This tour was excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable. It was obvious that he truly knew the history and was a long time resident of Raleigh. The Segways were fun. At first operating it was intimidating, but within minutes it was second nature. The company prioritized safety. We were touring for 2 fulls hours. It's an excellent value. | ||||||

| My two teenage sons and I from out of state came to visit my brother and his wife in the area and thought this would be a great activity for the five of us. And indeed it was! A great time was had by all! It was nice learning about Raleigh history but that experience was magnified ten fold because of the tour taking place on Segways! Excellent instruction was given so we were very comfortable operating our Segways. We had time in the store for instruction and again outside in the parking lot before experiencing the sidewalks and curb cuts of Raleigh! | ||||||

| Our family enjoyed our Seqway experience. Some of us were apprehensive about navigating around the city streets and traffic, however, the Seqway is intuitive and fun to use. Our hosts and guides were very friendly and provided the instructions and assistance we needed to make the most of our experience. I plan to return in the future to enjoy the two hour tour. | ||||||

| What an awesome experience, this is a great way to explore the city, and learn about the history. We had a great tour guide that shared the history of the city and area with us. They worked with us to get us confortable up on the Segways, which was not hard to do at all. The Segway is a very easy machine to operate. I would highly recommend this trip to both local people and those from out of town. A+A+A+A+ | ||||||
