| The instructor/guide ran everyone through the technique of gliding on a Segway, watched us individually, then gave us a confidence building practice session in a nearby parking lot. Then we were off. The history lecture about downtown Raleigh was actually quite fascinating and detailed with a good dose of odd anecdotes about famous people who had passed through Raleigh. I always felt safe, entertained, and most of all had fun. I would highly recommend the 1 hour Segway tour, and I am thinking about taking the 2 hour tour sometime in the future! Very professional staff and a great value for a tour! | ||||||

| We thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The training session was very helpful and we had adequate time to practice operating the Segways before we headed out on the tour. Our guide was was very concerned about our safety and paced the tour to make sure we were all enjoying a stress-free ride. He was very knowledgeable about local history and provided a very interesting tour of the downtown Raleigh area. We would definitely do this again! | ||||||

| My husband and I loved the experience. The only thing I would say to improve on, would be the transmitters sometimes did not work if the speaker was way ahead. Overrall, really neat, and we're thinking of doing it again! | ||||||

| This tour was great! My parents were in town and I wanted to show them around downtown. I am not as knowledgable as I would like to be about Raleigh so I thought this tour would be perfect. I was a little nervous of how my mother would handle the Segway. Both my father and my mother did great and loved it! I highly recommend this tour. The guide was very informative and it was easy to hear him with the mic system they have. I would like to do this tour again and try the 2 hour tour. | ||||||

| As a resident of Raleigh for almost 1 year, I wanted to participate in an activity to learn more about the city. The Segway tour was an awesome way to learn the history of Raleigh and acclimate myself with downtown. I highly recommend this tour to locals and anyone from out of town! | ||||||

| Well organized, well equipped, well trained. We had a great time and learned a lot about Raleigh history. The Segway felt easy and we all felt competent after a few minutes. The guides did a great job, kept a close eye on us and insured us a good time. | ||||||

| Well it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect. The tour operators took their time making sure everyone in the group was comfortable before departure. The Segways were fun and easy after only a few short minutes. The guide was very knowledgeable about Raleigh and it's history. | ||||||

| I can't believe Raleigh has such a fun activity! I've lived in the area for just over 11 years now, and the Triangle Segway experience was one of the best local experiences I've had! My sister was visiting from out of town and a friend of mine recommended we do the Segway tour. The guide (Bruce?) and Todd were full of great information about the Segways themselves and Raleigh, attentive to our needs (safety, fun, etc!), and all around friendly folks! My husband and I would do this again just for fun, and definitely when friends and family visit. We want our own Segways! Many thanks, JLE | ||||||

| My 35 year old son, a 65 year old friend and myself (60) loved the tour. It took a few minutes to get used to the Segways, but after that, it was just wonderful. The guided tour was really interesting, and the Segways were such a novel experience, it's hard to describe. I would recommend it to anyone. It would make an especially memorable gift to an active 16-25 year old. They aren't exactly the easiest people in the world to please. I gave it to my 35 year old son as a birthday present, and he can't wait to tell his friends about it. He also thinks his wife would enjoy it. There is nothing else like it. | ||||||

| We went on the Segway Experience and We loved it!! We had never been on a Segway and the instructors were patient and friendly. They were willing to help and always ensured that all participants stayed together. The tour of historic Raleigh was phenomenal and we enjoyed the ear pieces that helped us hear everything that our tour guide had to say no matter how close or how far we were from him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Segway Experience. I took my Husnand for his birthday and he had a blast! Way to go Triangle Segway! We had a GREAT time! | ||||||

| The tour was everything I thought it would be and more. Being from Raleigh, I thought it'd be just playing and riding around town on the Segway, but turns out that the tour guides had such wonderful details about downtown Raleigh. With having 2 guides in our group, I felt secure while crossing the streets, going through crowds of people. They have advance warning of what we'd be facing, and encouraged us enthusiastically along the way. I definitely want to go on another tour, and longer!! Would recommend this to anyone. :) | ||||||

| My experience was a very good one. My friend, however, fell trying to negotiate a tight turn around a fire hydrant within the first 5 minutes of the tour and was seriously injured. I would suggest a bit more "obstacle" training before beginning the tour or making the beginning of the tour a bit more friendly towards beginners. I do plan to give the tour as a gift to friends and relatives in the future. The personnel at the Segway office here were very good and our tour guide was excellent. | ||||||
