| I wanted to try riding a Segway, and found this tour opportunity through a link within the Segway website. This tour of eastern Raleigh provides an opportunity to learn how to operate the Segway. You then get to spend two hours riding around Raleigh on a guided tour, which allow you to experience how the Segway operates on different terain and around various obstacles. The tour operators provided radio receivers which allowed each of us to hear the tour leader as he narrated the tour and directed us. The tour guide led us and his assistant followed at the back of our line, so they could look our for hazards, traffic, and for us. I was surprised at how much that we saw were areas that I have never seen before, even though I have been in the area many times. I feel that the tour is an excellent value. | ||||||

| My husband and I were both surprised at how easy it is to ride a Segway. The folks at Triangle Segway offer excellent instructions before going out and in about five minutes I felt very confident on the Segway. They also did a great job keeping our group safe and together while offering so many interesting facts about the area. Having a great time riding a Segway and learning so much about downtown Raleigh was a great combination. I'm recommending this tour to all of my friends! | ||||||

| I would highly recommend this tour (or any of the others by Triangle Segway for that matter) to anyone who would like to experience riding a Segway and learn more about Raleigh. This was our second time on a Segway (we rode one at Disney World last year) so the short in-store training session was a breeze for us. Our tour guide, Todd, led our group all around Raleigh and he did an excellent job of not only telling us about Raleigh's history but in watching out for our safety and comfort as well. The Segways we rode were in excellent condition and the wireless receivers we wore were a nice touch that enabled us to hear every word he said despite the street noise or distance from him. We learned a lot of new things about Raleigh's past and present despite having lived here for over 40 years. Riding a Segway is a fun experience. Riding one with Triangle Segway is even better. | If you have never been on a Segway, this is the tour for you. You get lessons before you go out and the entire route is very easy to manage. Very safe! The tour guide was very well versed in the history of Raleigh and had great stories about all the sights we visited. Wonderful job!! Loved the Segway experience. | ||||||

| We had a very enjoyable time for the two lus hours we were with Todd and Susan. The Segway experience is alot of fun after a short introduction by Todd. We found the tour and historical background that Todd provied particularly interesting and enjoyable. We have been to Raleigh many times but came away with a different perspective and had a great time on the Segway's. We shall return and do the trip again to pick up things from Todd that we missed the first time around. John And Bunny Whelan | ||||||

| My daughter was visiting us in Greenville from out of state and we were looking for a tour of Raleigh when we saw the segway ad in the newspaper. It was an adventure just to learn to operate the segway and the tour guide and company were accomodating and knowledgeable. I plan to take a group from Greenville on my next segway outing. We took the 45 min. tour and look forward to trying the 2 1/2 hr. tour next time. Great fun! | ||||||

| What a fun way to experience North Carolina's capital city! I fell in love with my Segway as soon as I stepped up onto it. The owners and tour guide helped us all feel comfortable on the machines, and the tour was interesting even for us Raleigh natives. One of the Triangle's most unique experiences. I can't wait to go again! | ||||||

| Toured Raleigh and heard information that was interesting. Narration was factual, and unique. Through the narration and tour, one gained greater respect for the city that I live in and appreciation for the sites and history. Safety was key. Another person participated in the tour to ensure safety. Learning to ride a segway was an experience. You got to see the city first hand from the sidewalk in our open air vehicle. Recommended to others in good health and physical condition. | ||||||

| I had trouble initially steering the Segway but then got going without problem. I really enjoyed the whole experience. It was great to hear the highlights of the area around the City Market and Saturday is a good time to go because the pedestrian traffic is light. The guide was very good and we learned quite a lot about the buildings we were passing, etc. It gets a little tiring after a while but if one can relax it helps and we took a short break which was nice. | ||||||

| My husband and I were visiting my parents located in Raleigh. They had previously taken the tour and gave it to us as a 'vacation treat'. It was a fun, new experience and also a fun way to learn more about Raleigh. We would definitely recommend it. | ||||||
