The book contains color photographs, stories and statistics of 130 of Lake Washington’s most magnificent mansions and estates. It is a guided waterfront tour of Seattle’s Madison Park, Mercer Island, Bellevue, Medina, Hunts Point and Yarrow Point. The stories and statistics of each estate are creatively narrated with current and historical information about the homes, owners and the area. Over these two distinctive 2 ½ hour Cruise Tours, you’ll hear David and our Captain’s describe the background of each collection of luxury waterfront homes.
Enjoy delicious lunch, cocktail or beverage of your choice as an option, all while viewing from off the shores of Lake Washington, some of the region’s most palatial waterfront estates. See Bill Gates estate, the extraordinary “Dinosaur House" (home of a full sized Tyrannosaurus Rex model skeleton) and the "Windows 2000 House," the homes of national clothing store magnates, a coffee tycoon, numerous Internet moguls, and many others.
