Enjoy fine dining aboard a sleek Waterways Cruises yacht, cruising Seattle's picturesque Lakes and viewing spectacular sights along the way!
Your evening aboard The Emerald Star will include a 2.5 hour cruise on Lake Union and Lake Washington, a complimentary champagne toast upon boarding the yacht, and a gourmet four-course dinner, served at your private table. Live classical guitar performance in the upper deck lounge will add an extra touch of elegance to your cruise.
Your four-course plated dinner menu includes:
- Freshly baked bread served with butter
- Chef's Select appetizer
- Chef's Select green salad
- Your choice of Entrée: Banana Leaf wrapped Mahi Mahi, Grilled Beef Tenderloin, or Four-cheese Lasagna
- Chef’s select dessert
- Complimentary beverage: Soda, juice, coffee, and tea
A full compliment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available for purchase during the cruise, including wine pairing for each dining selection, full bottles of premium champagne of wine of your choice and a variety of handracrafted cocktails.
