| Even though it was a rainy day, Dorothy made this tour the highlight of our trip to SF. She wove together stories from her own life with the history of Chinatown to give us a rich, culturally-steeped experience. The tea tasting and dim sum lunch were fantastic!! |

| Big disappointment because it never happened. As it turns out, we were the only 2 people booked for the tour on that date. Tour provider contacted us about ability to switch to another date, which didn't work for us because we were leaving the area. Rather than just taking the 2 of us - which I would have expected since it was billed as "rain or shinek, it's on" they cancelled. WokWiz offered to reimburse me part of the cost, since it would be impossible to get reimbursement via Zerve. Still waiting on that, and I have no idea how much of the cost I will actually be reimbursed.
Would suggest that if Zerv e is gong to sell "non-refundable" tickets that it make sure that the provider is willing to actually provide the service. |

| We did the morning tour including a delicious Dim Sum lunch. Our guide Dorothy was delightful and informative throughout. With only two full days in San Francisco, this was an ideal way to get a more in depth look at an important and interesting part of the city.
At $45 each, including lunch, this was money well spent. |

| Dorothy was very sweet and knowlegeable, but after seeing Shirley on TV several times, we expected to have her as our tour guide. I didn't get from the registration that there might be others doing this job |

| Our tour guide, Dorothy, was such a pleasant person to be around for the next couple of hours. Everything about the tour was great. The lunch was fantastic.
The only recommendation I have regarding the tour, I would have rather visited the fortune cookie factory instead of learning about specific produce from the market store. Otherwise, it was a wonderful time. |

| Shirley was very personable and fun...like having a friend show you around. I wish there was a little more focus on the history and culture of Chinatown to balance the fun, and I wish there had been more explanation of what was going on in the temple. |

| The tour was very informative. The guide took you to various locations in Chinatown and explained culture and history. Far and away the best part of the tour was the dim sum tastings. There were probably about 10 samplings, and you left feeling very full. It was all you can eat, so you really had to decide how much you wanted to eat of each dish.
The only negative (and this is by no means the fault of the guide) was that on a Saturday morning in Chinatown, people were everywhere, and it was tough to keep the group together and not bump into strangers on the street.
Other than that, it was well done. |

| Fascinating way to explore Chinatown. Dorothy's life experiences and research offers many interesting insights into Chinatown and its rich history. Culminating the adventure with the dim sum lunch with Dorothy and the other attendees was a grand conclusion to the tour. |

| The guide, Dorothy Quonck (I think that is her name) was superb. She was knowledgable, engaging, and responsive to the interests of the group. I can't say enough good about her. She made the tour a special experience.
The meal was a disappointment. The food was ordinary and some was overcooked. You advertise as a tasting experience and it was anything but that for people who are used to good dim sum. |
