| Chinatown is more facinating then this tour would lead you to believe. I would have appreciated more history of Chinatown and less personal history. Lunch was mediocre.
The hightlights were the Red Blossom Tea Co. (Alice was delightful and informative. I would deffintly go back there) and the lovely people on our tour from Australia and Switzerland. |

| I don't know if I would have gotten beyond the trinket shops and enjoyed Chinatown as much as I did without the tour. |

Frank was the best part of the tour.

| Frank, our tour guide, has a wonderful grasp of the history, culture and personality of China Town. He was entertaining, yet very interesting and showed a deep understanding of the area and the people who live there. Frank is a keeper. We will recommend him and the tour to other people.
I would like to thank Courtney from Zerve for her assistance early Saturday morning as I had misplaced the tickets and could not access the computer remotely to print another copy. She was very friendly and helpful and we were able to still go on the tour. I was so afraid we would not be able to go on the tour, but she was able to verify me and my purchase fairly quickly and then let us know the pace where we were to meet. Thank you Zerve for your assistance.

| My husband and I took the tour with Alberta as our guide. She was so fun and the tour was great! We recommend it to everyone and would do it again when we return to San Francisco. The stop at the Red Blossom Tea Shop was a favorite and the brother sister duo who run things are fantastic! |

| Our Wok Wiz tour was absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Emily, was friendly, helpful and full of great stories and advice. We had a group of just 6, which made it very cozy and allowed us to cover alot of ground. Loved that we got to stop at a tea shop and sample some wonderful teas (had to go back and buy some to take home once the tour was over!). The Dim Sum was delicious too, and it was great to have that time to chat with each other and with our guide. A lovely day was had by all! |

| We cannot say enough about the tour. I was traveling with someone who needed some special care on the walking portion and the guide was very sympathetic and made every effort to see that my companion was able get enough rest while walking those SF hills! The guide grew up in Chinatown and her insights were amazing. The food at the lunch was quite good, as well.
Thanks, thanks, thanks!!!!! |

| The best part of the tour was hearing our guide tell of growing up in Chinatown and sharing lunch with the group at the end of the tour.
Being a local I was hoping for more historical and cultural information. Other than the visit to the temple I didn't learn much. This tour has the potential to be a real learning experience but sadly missed the mark.
This tour might be of value to a tourist who has had absolutely no exposure to Chinese cuisine or culture but for a local there really is not much to recommend. |

| Our tour and host were great. We did have a lot of difficulty hearing her however. She has a very soft voice. We would recommend it. |
