| My daughter became very, very ill a few days before the scheduled tour. I subsequently cancelled my trip to visit her: the hotel happily refunded my room reservations at full value, even waiving the usual cancellation fee because the cancellation was due to illness. Your service did not. extend such a courtesy. I do not think I will take such an expensive risk again. |

| Our guide, Emily, was fantastic! It was great to hear her stories about growing up in Chinatown. She described details of the buildings, alleys, and such in Chinatown. Was more meaningful than just walking through Chinatown ourselves! |

| This is a great way to get to know Chinatown. I would recommed to anyone who wants to have an idea of the area and then go explore on their own. That's what my husband and I did and we had a wonderful time.

| This tour takes you to places you would not find wandering around China Town on your own. You learn the history of China Town from a guide who grew up there. Much is revealed about family life, food, culture and religion of the Chinese people. Sampling authentic Chinese cusine is a highlight of the tour. I highly recommend to anyone visiting San Freancisco! |

| Excellent tour. Intro in the park was a little long for my kids....would have been better to incorporate info in the tour as it moved along. Would have liked to see food markets, etc. |

| The WokWiz-Tour was a real great experience. Our guide Frank provided us so much interesting knowledge about Chinatown itself and the Chinese culture - better than any book could ever do. Walking through Chinatown with WokWiz gives you the possibility to discover much more than you would expect and it offers you a great chance to see more than you would do on your own. The two things I liked the most were the tea tasting and the huge choice of delicious food. |

| The information was interesting and both historical and personal, the walk was easy, and the places of interest were varied and very fun. Lunch was wonderful-plenty of delicious food of all different types-something for everyone. I'm sure there are enough places in Chinatown to fill a two hour tour many times over, so it was great to see some highlights.
I know not every tour is the same, and sometimes the tours don't get to everything that might be on the agenda, but it would have been nice to have a printed map to help me get back to some of the places I found most interesting. |

| Frank was a very enthusiastic tour leader who really knows Chinatown as he grew up there.
PROS- in depth knowledge, took us to a temple, tea room , etc. Pointed out a lot of spots and discussed the history about them. Also pointed out spots we might like to see after the tour. Lunch was really great and sumptious at the Four Seas restaurant.
CONS- spoke too much about himself and Shirley (tour owner and local food expert).
All in all a very enjoyable and informative tour- would highly recommend. |

| Emily was our guide. She gave us lots of insights into growing up in Chinatown which was very informative. I thought the tea tasting was good but a little long. I'd have liked to talk to some of the shop owners about their products eg butcher or herbalist. The dim sum lunch was good and we got the chance to talk to some really nice people in our group.
The only negative was that Emily doesn't project her voice well ( she's so tiny!) and we both missed a lot of what was being said. Maybe if the group had been smaller we could have gotten closer to hear better.
All in all a great tour and we'd recommend it to friends travelling to San Francisco. Ishbel and Bill Newstead |
