Alberta was so kind as I had delays in meeting up with the group and she made sure I still was able to enjoy the wonderful experiences in Chinatown!

I especially enjoyed the visit to the Red Blossom Tea Company. I really learned a lot about tea. I would highly recommend this stop on the tour. The tour guide was very friendly, but she could have been a little more knowledgeable about the history of Chinatown. However, I did enjoy it very much.

The Tour was very superficial. The guide was nice and entertaining, but we saw very little of Chinatown and learned almost nothing about the history of area. After the tour I had to open a tour book to learn about the history of the Chinese people arriving and living in SG. The guide spent too much time telling us about herself and her books, not about the area its history and people. a total was of money. I felt cheated.

Our tour was very interesting. Our tour guide provided information that I do not feel we would have learned without her knowledge. We we very pleased with our tour guide and the exeperience she provided. The time went too quickly.

Nothing better than a tour guide who has lived in the place. Did I mentioned they are funny?

| The Wok Wiz Tour was great, it was definitely worth the price. It was our favorite part of our whole trip to San Francisco. Our tour guide Dorothy was great. She mixed in facts about Chinese culture, the history of Chinatown, civil rights, and put in her own personal touches, showing us the apartment where she was born and the restaurant where she had her wedding reception.
The lunch was great, there was more than enough food for everyone and it tasted great. I never would have tried some of the dishes we had on my own but I'm glad I did.
We highly reccomend this tour, we never would have known where to go or what to do on our own, and it definitely helped contributed to our understanding and appreciation of Chinatown and San Francisco. |

We enjoyed having a guide who was born in San Francisco China Town and who was very well-informed and very articulate and personable. We felt like we saw parts of the area that a regular tourist would not see.

I had a lovely local guide who filled the tour with great stories. I can't wait to go back to SF and take another of their tours.

I highly recommend the Wok Wiz tour. It gives you the history of Chinatown in ways that you can't get in a tourist book. Plus, the tour takes you to interesting places that would be hard to find otherwise, and shows you the best places to shop, and a great place to eat. Well worth the price!
