My husband and I went out on the 1pm tour July 23, 2010 for my Birthday. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel special from the moment we arrived, even wishing me a Happy Birthday! The boat is quite spacious, down below out of the elements and on top side. We spent the majority of the time up top to enjoy the experience and take lots of photos and video. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and the range of ages were from young pre-teens to seniors like my husband, who's going to be 69 this year. I was a little concerned as to how my husband would do on this ride since he uses a cane, but he did just fine since there are railings all around. He was able to get on and off the boat just fine and move around without any problems at all, both top side and below deck. This trip far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience sailing on the Bay in comfort. The ride is smooth and at times we got going fast at what the skipper said was 11 knots, which seemed really fast and exciting; yet not a single feeling of sea sickness for anyone that I saw of. We had great views of everything promised and a few added bonuses like Dolphins. Fantastic memory for my 51st Birthday for which I'm very grateful for. Johanna and Richard Huhn, Ontario, California

We had on of those foggy cold San Francisco nights but enjoyed the cruise anyway and did get to see the Golden Gate through the foG - would recommend the cruise

We very much enjoyed the ride out under the golden gate bridge. The crew were all kind and helpful. We also enjoyed talking to a number of our fellow guests. It made me want to go cruising some day. When we got under the bridge I just wanted to continue on...

This was an incredible way to see much of the great "tourist" sights that San Francisco has to offer. The view of the Golden Gate is so unique and amazing, all while on the ocean! The view of Alcatraz and the city line is one that is incredible, and all from an incredible location. I would highly recommend this tour as a way to see great sights of the city.

This tour was all about sightseeing - no narration, so if you want history than this is not for you but if you're a sucker for a view then you will LOVE THIS CRUISE! We loved the close up views of Alcatraz island, sailing under the bridge and being able to take in the full skyline of San Fran! The sunset cruise was fantastic. It is windy & definitely chilly - I had on a long sleeve shirt, hoodie & jacket to stay warm. If you dress accordingly then this will be a pleasant experience. Good for familes, tourists, romantics or friends.

My husband and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. It was fun, different and romantic. The weather was very cooperative. The staff was very friendly . And the price was great.. A wonderful way to be out on the bay.

From the web site to the staff on the boat, everything was very friendly, and easy. The location at Fisherman's Wharf provides the opportunity to enjoy all the fun and amenities offered there. The boat sailed on time; the ride was smooth; jackets were provided by Adventure Cat for those who didn't believe it's possible to be COLD in the middle of summer in San Francisco. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were in The City for his 62nd birthday celebration. This was our second Adventure Cat cruise on the Bay. The weather was perfect for a ride out on the trampoline. It was awesome. Our first cruise was on the smaller catemaran "Adventure Cat." This cruise was on "Adventure Cat II." The smaller Cat provides a more exciting ride. We will certainly do this again.

Nice sailing trip around the Bay. Not too long not too short. Much better experience than the rocket boat IMO. You get a chance to actually see some of the views at a nice pace. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the cruise and view...however it was extremely cold. Blankets on the boat would be a great idea.

My daughter and I took this tour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Not only do you get another perspective on San Francisco, you get the opportunity to meet others from all over the world. We had some good laughs with a small group travelling from Australia, a nice galss of wine and got some amazing pictures of the skyline nad the Golden Gate bridge. The crew were very professional and friendly. You could tell they enjoyed being out on the water which made our experience that much more relaxing and fun.

This is something I recomend to all. Local or from Out of town..We have done it several times. Always great....sometime if you book week days you have the sail to yourself...
