Great trip. Nice to sitt on a quiet sailboat without the noisy disel engine. Its like an adventure with a small group of people, dont follow the hords of tourist to the big boats with noisy disel engine that ruins the enviroment, go with this boat. Sweden

We enjoyed the generosity of the crew who seemed very willing to make our trip better. The boat itself was very clean, extremely stable for a sailboat and the practice of sailing around the Bay was a very peaceful and relaxing way of seeing the city of San Francisco, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate. We would recommend the Sunset Cruise on Adventure Cat to anyone that is going to be sightseeing in the San Francisco area.

Fun for all in our group, age 70, 50 and 15! Agreat way to see the Bay the City and the Bridge.....I grew up in SF and never had the chance to see the City and Bay from this perspective. Now I Have lived in PA for forty years, and this provided a great Calif treat!

This was our first sunset cruise on AdventureCat, and our first time on the smaller catamaran. We have often taken these cruises during the day, and always enjoy them. This time we brought a visitor from Canada, who loved it. The sunset version was great, and the smaller cat is more nimble. This means more splashing of water through the nets in front, but that's the point, after all. My only recommendation: be SURE to bring warm windproof clothing! We appreciate AdventureCat's making jackets available for a few of us. Plus the munchies were nice as well. We will do this again, for sure.

This cruise was an enjoyable departure from the mundane San Fransisco tourist trap. Don't get me wrong I love the city, but it does get ridiculous. The cruise was great we were under sail completely. We met some very nice people, and enjoyed the sites immensely.

One day down at the Berkeley Marina, I was looking at the sailboats and thinking how ideal it would be to see the grand sights oft he San Francisco Bay under sail. I checked around with the harbormaster at the marina and with the friends of my son and his family who live in the area.. No one had a clue! Then I happened on this small ad ( or was it an article) )in the local Where magazine for visitors. Wow, exactly what i was looking for . And it was a catamaran,. Nice and stable. And spacious. The boat sailed promptly at 3 o' clock.; for those of us from the East Coast who did not dress warmly enough to stand ourt on the deck, we could sit snugly indoors by the llarge windows. Next visit I will take the sunset cruise.

I wanted to take my boyfriend on a fun and unique date and a friend recommended Adventurecats. We had a wonderful time, taking in the beautiful views, enjoying the great service, and just enjoying a beautiful day on the water. I had high expectations going in and they definitely met my expectations. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun Saturday and Sunday afternoon activity in the city.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the sunset cruise. The views were breathtaking and the crew was very hospitable. It would be fun to have the crew include some facts about some of the sights. Thank you!

If you like san francisco, seeing the bridge, and the idea of being out on the bay under sail with a nice crew - and a boat that was big enough to be safe and secure - but not holding too many people - this is it. absolute highlight of our visit. well done whoever runs it. celine and liam

Comfortable boat with plenty of room, great tour of the bay at an affordable price. We had three in our party and all had a great time and were able to enjoy at our own pace and preference. Some choose to go out on the deck and get some wind and spray while one of our group wanted to stay inside where it was warmer and much less windy. This cruise will become a standard part of entertaining out of town guest when they visit.

We had an enjoyable time -- given the summer longer days, however, the Summer Sunset Cruise didn't really prove to be very much sunset. viewing That said, the weather was lovely, our view of the Bay was clear and, in particular, seeing the Golden Gate Bridge from the view we had traveling below it was very cool!

My husband and I were on our retirement trip and this will always be a memorable part. Everything was wonderful! Ours was a sunset cruise and I would add to the description of the cruise that nice, warm jackets are provided on board.

This was a very cozy and enjoyable outing. The staff was very friendly and laid back. The boat was a thrill to ride whether inside the majority enclosed area or out on the bow. Sitting or laying on he cargo nets with the water flowing under you its quite an experience. You'll find some amazing views of the city, alcatraz, and the golden gate bridge. It's a great way to spend an evening and well worth the $45 a person. Only draw back is the foggy san francisco bay. Make sure to check the weather report for clear skies to get the best city and sunset views.

This was an excellent way to spend my evening on Sunday. Everyone working on the catamaran was courteous and professional. Both of us really enjoyed the sunset trip!!!
