Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Weather PolicyActivity may be cancelled due to severe weather.
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event.
Other PoliciesParticipants must meet age and weight requirements and sign a waiver at the start of the tour.
All participants must be at least 14 years of age, and weigh more than 90 lbs and less than 280 lbs. Participants between the ages of 14 and 17 must have an accompanying legal guardian attend the tour with them. All participants must sign a liability waiver at the start of the tour.
All tours require a credit card authorization deposit.
There will be an authorization (not a charge) deposit on your credit card in the amount of $500 per machine. You will need either a credit card or a debit card present with enough available credit for $500 per machine.
