How does the menu work?
You will normally get to choose one item for each of the 3 courses (plus side dishes) of your meal. Menu options will be provided to you once you arrive at the restaurant , but the following are typical options: Appetizers - Empanadas de Pollo, Cheese Quesadillas, Tomato & Avocado Salad, Nachos de la Casa or Beef or Cheese Taquitos. Entrees - ollo Yucateco, Beef Enchiladas, Carnitas Uruapan, Enchiladas Suizas or Cochinita Pibil. Side Dishes - Mexican Red Rice, Mexican White Rice, Charro Beans, Refried Beans or Black Beans. Desserts - Flan de la Abuela or 3 Leches Cake.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? Can I pay cash?
Tickets must be purchased in advance, and tours often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please book well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Cash is not accepted.
If a tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?
We do not provide a waiting list. If a date is sold out, there is always a chance that we will add an additional tour. Please contact us by clicking the "Contact this seller" link to let us know which date you are interested in.
How much food is served on the tour?
You will be served a 3 course meal + a side dish with your entree and coffee with your dessert at this event - most people find it to include more than enough food to fill them up, so come hungry! What if I have dietary restrictions?
Our tours can accommodate vegetarians. Please let us know if you would prefer the vegetarian options when you purchase tickets.
Are there kosher options on the tour?
Unfortunately, we do not provide kosher food on the tour, but we can give you vegetarian options. Please indicate your preference when you purchase tickets.
Are there food options for diabetics?
Unfortunately, no. There is quite a bit of preparation time and set ingredients that provide the unique flavors of our dishes. Therefore, we are not able to use substitute ingredients.
What type of ticket should I buy if I'm bringing a very young child?
Although we don't encourage very young children to participate in the tour, we also don't pretend to know your children as well as you do. If you feel they are mature enough to enjoy a three hour meal and not disturb our other guests, please purchase a standard ticket for your child.
Are there any beverages served on the tour?
Beverages will, of course, be available for purchase during tour, but the only one included in the price of your ticket is coffee with your dessert. Additional drinks will be charged to each person or group separately.
Is wine tasting included on the tour?

Is the tour wheelchair- and/or stroller-accessible?
The dining area of the restaurant can accommodate both. However, when you tour the restaurant, there may be areas (like the kitchen) that cannot accommodate a wheelchair or stroller.
What happens if it rains or snows?
The tours are held inside the restaurant, so the weather does not affect your experience.
Do I have to bring additional money to tip my guide or waiter?
No! All tax and tips are included in your ticket price. The only items you'd need to pay for once you arrive are drinks if you'd like them. Otherwise, just bring yourselves and your appetites and get ready to enjoy!
May I bring my dog on the tour?
Unfortunately, due to health codes, pets of any kind are not allowed on this tour.
