Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Weather PolicyActivity may be cancelled due to severe weather.
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event.
Other PoliciesChildren under 5 are not allowed on the sail, and children ages 5 to 12 must wear a life jacket.
Children under 5 years of age are not permitted on board for safety reasons. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 will be required to wear a life jacket at all times during the sail.
All participants must sign a US Coast Guard manifest.
All participants are required to sign a US Coast Guard passenger manifest before boarding the vessel. Parents or guardians must sign for children. This is required by law.
