4th of July Fireworks Cruise |
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
Advance purchase is strongly recommended, as cruises often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please buy your tickets well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
What about taking children on the cruise?
Children are welcome aboard our 4th of July cruise, but all passengers, regardless of age, must possess a ticket in order to attend. Children ages 4 - 11 have a reduced price ticket, and children under 4 are free. If you are purchasing for a family of two adults and two children, you may quality for a special family package rate. What happens if it rains?
Our captain is in constant communication with the Coast Guard and the National Weather Service. We do go out rain or shine; however, we would never put our passengers in harm's way. In the event of severe or unsafe weather we would still enjoy our dinner cruise on board but the boat would remain dockside.
How many people can be on the boat at one time?
The Landing Princess is 100 feet long and can accommodate up to 149 passengers, but for our passengers comfort we will limit the capacity to 120 so you have more room! The lower deck seats up to 90 people for dinner, and the other open decks have plenty of additional seating! The Lake Queen is also 100 feet long and can accommodate up to 149, but we will limit the capacity to 100 for this cruise.
What will we see on the cruise?
You will see a vast variety of wildlife and other great attractions on the sightseeing tour. Landmarks will include Baldknobber's, Branson's first roller skating rink; Historic Lake Taneycomo Bridge; Presbyterian Hill; the White River and Roark Creek; Mount Branson; Rockaway Beach; and the Powersite and Table Rock dams. Wildlife could include the American Bald Eagle, the Great Blue Heron, and the Morning Dove, as well as deer, foxes, and more!
Are food or drinks served during the cruise?
Yes! On the 4th of July Dinner Cruise you will enjoy a a dinner of hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, dip, potato salad, coleslaw, and chocolate fudge brownies. Water is included, but we also have a full bar available on board that serves liquor, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. For $2 a piece you can get sodas with a souvenir cup. Alcoholic drinks range from $3 - 6, and snacks such as chips, candy, and popcorn range from $1 - $1.50. Please bring extra cash with you if you'd like to purchase beverages or snacks on board!
Do you accept credit cards on board?
Yes! We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or American Express at our bars on board. Please bring one of the above credit cards or cash with you in order to purchase beverages on board.
Can I bring my own food and beverages on board?
No, unfortunately personal foods and beverages are prohibited aboard the Landing Princess and the Lake Queen for insurance reasons. We will, however, have a full buffet that is included in your ticket price, and two full bars!
Can I bring alcohol on the boat?
No, you cannot bring your own personal alcoholic beverages on board, but there are alcoholic beverages available for purchase on board at our full bar. Alcoholic drinks range anywhere from $3 - 6 and include liquor, beer, and wine.
Do I need to be 21 to drink alcohol?
Yes - you must be at least 21 years of age if you plan to purchase alcoholic beverages on board. Please remember to bring government issued identification with you if you would like to purchase alcohol at the full bar on board.
Is there air conditioning/heating on board?
Yes, the lower deck is enclosed and climate controlled.
Is it customary to tip the crew?
Your crew works very hard to make sure you have the best experience possible with us. While tips are not required, they are greatly appreciated!
Is seating assigned on the cruise?
No. For this special event cruise seating is on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early if you'd like to sit in a particular place on the boat.
Are there life jackets on board?
Yes, the Landing Princess and Lake Queen both have more than enough life jackets available for all passengers at any time. However, you are not required to wear life jackets during the dinner cruise.
Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both boats are wheelchair accessible, and so are the restrooms on board. Do keep in mind that the entrance to each boat is only 30 inches wide, so some larger wheelchairs and electric scooters or Segways may be more difficult to accommodate. Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking is allowed on the outdoor decks in designated areas only.
Are restrooms available?
Yes! The Landing Princess and Lake Queen each have two clean restrooms on board (one for men and one for women). They are both wheelchair accessible as well.
Is the cruise suitable for pregnant women?
The dinner cruise aboard either boat should not be a problem for pregnant women as the waters are very calm and boats very stable. If you are concerned, you may want to consider consulting a doctor before attending the cruise.
Is there room to stow my belongings on board?
There is room on board to store limited belongings. If you have large personal belongings (such as a suitcase), we may ask you to keep them in our ticket booth which will be securely surveyed throughout the duration of the cruise. We do kindly request that strollers not be brought on board.
Will I get seasick?
Both the Landing Princess and Lake Queen are large, stable boats and Lake Taneycomo has very calm waters. Therefore seasickness is very rare. If you are particularly prone to motion sickness, please do consider consulting your doctor before attending the cruise.
What else can I do around the meeting location?
There are plenty of great things to do at Branson Landing, from a Build-a-Bear workshop to various pro shops, fast food restaurants, and high end dining. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the meeting location, and historic downtown Branson is only a short two blocks away.
What about parking?
Free parking can be found at the north end of Branson Landing, near the corner of Branson Landing Boulevard and North Commercial Street next to Belks Department Store. Once you park, you can walk along Promenade Way through the shops of Branson Landing or head straight down to the boardwalk.
How far is the boat from the parking area?
The boat is about a 5 minute walk from the main parking area. If there is anyone in your party who would have difficulty walking that distance, you may drive up to the gate near the boat and drop them off before parking your car. To access the service road, please pull up to the motion sensor electronic arm, wait for the arm to rise, and drive up to the gate. Please note that there is no parking on the service road or by the gate, so after dropping your party off, please drive over to the main parking area.
Will there be souvenirs available for purchase?
Yes! We will have a gift shop opening on May 1st that will sell many different souvenirs.
Is this cruise narrated?
No, there will be no narration on this cruise, but feel free to ask a crew member if you have any questions about the sites!
Are gift certificates available?

Are private tours/charters available?
