Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Weather PolicyActivity may be cancelled due to severe weather.
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event.
Other PoliciesEvent may be cancelled if ticket sales do not meet an acceptable minimum.
Melting Pot Food Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if fewer than 3 total tickets are sold for a particular date. In the rare instance a cancellation occurs, buyers will be notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. Buyers can then either opt to reschedule their tickets (subject to availability), receive credit for a future event, or request a full refund.
