Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Weather PolicyActivity takes place rain or shine.
The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).
Other PoliciesNon-paying children may only eat from a parent's plate.
Non-paying children will not be served individual plates of food. They are welcome to share from a parent's plate. If sharing from a parent's plate is not sufficient for your child, please purchase a regular discounted child's ticket.
Gratuity is included in the ticket price.
A 10% gratuity is included in the cost of your ticket. Passengers will not be expected to pay additional gratuity during or after the cruise.
Seating in specific areas of the boat is not guaranteed.
Although we will try to accommodate your seating requests (including being seated with another party) we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements on board.
