The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).
Other PoliciesYou must present your ticket code upon check-in at the ticket booth to receive your BOARDING PASS.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in at the TICKET BOOTH AND REDEEM YOUR TICKET CODE FOR A BOARDING PASS before you board the boat. You will have to stand in the RESERVATION LINE to get your boarding pass, and seating is on a first-come first-serve basis. Arrive early to get your preferred spot on board. Printing your e-ticket is highly recommended.
