Is the Tour de Farms for all levels of riders?
The 40 mile loop is an advanced ride for experienced cyclists. Less experienced riders should take the 15 mile route.
Who will lead the rides?
Both rides will be led by experienced riders and there will be technical support.
Am I required to sign a waiver?
Yes. It is a requirement that all individuals participating with Urban AdvenTours agree to sign a waiver. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign for you. A waiver will be provided to each participant to sign before the tour by your street guide.
Can I rent a bike?
You may rent a bike for this event on the 'Purchase Page.'
What happens if a rental bike is lost or stolen during a tour or rental?
The customer is liable for the bicycle and will be responsible for the full retail cost of the bike rented.
What if there is inclement weather?
Tour de Farms will run rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather.
What if I get a flat?
There will be technical support in the case of flat tires -- but please be sure to bring extra tubes and tools!
