Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? Can I pay cash?
Tickets must be purchased in advance, and tours often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please book well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Cash is not accepted.
What if I'd like to have a tour at a different time or with customized itinerary than I see listed?
Please contact us by clicking the "Contact this seller" link to let us know what time and date you are interested in.
I have young children. Can they come on the tour?
Sure! We love kids, and kids love our tours! Just make sure that you account for everyone in your party, regardless of age, when you give us a head count at the time of booking.
What makes this different then other "Limousine Tours"?
While other limo companies simply provide a car and a driver and no specific route or plan, your tour will include a private guide who will be there as your personal navigator to show you the best of New York City.
Are the tours conducted in any other languages?
Yes. We can provide a Spanish speaking guide upon your request at an additional cost. Make sure you choose the optional Spanish Language Tour at the time of your purchase. However, since the tour is mostly visual, the tour can work wonderfully even if you have only a basic understanding of English.
How many people can I fit into the limousine?
The limo can comfortably fit up to 10 adults. However, we ask that you specify the exact amount of people you'll be bringing along on the tour.
Are gift certificates available for the tour?
Yes, gift certificates are available for all of our NY tours and make a perfect gift for holidays, birthdays or any other occasion! To purchase a gift certificate, please click on the "Contact this seller" link.
What if I want to take the tour on a different date or time than what I see is available?
Please click the ‘Contact this seller’ link and provide details of what specific time and date you are looking for. A New York Fun Tours representative will get back to you shortly.
Does the tour include stops or are we in the limo the whole tour?
The tour includes stops in Greenwich Village, TriBeCa and Brooklyn. We'll be walking around in these areas. You always have the option to get out at most locations to explore, take photos etc.
Can I be picked up from my hotel?
Yes. If you are staying at a hotel anywhere in Manhattan. If you are unsure as to your hotel's location, please contact your hotel to verify.
What if I'm staying at a hotel outside of Manhattan?
We can accommodate you with a tour as well. However the pricing and duration of the tour will be different. Please be sure to choose the correct ticket class for that event.
Is this a private tour, or will there be other people in the car with us?
This is an Exclusive Private Tour. Once tickets are purchased for a specific time slot, that tour will no longer be available to anyone else.
Are cameras allowed on the tour?
Yes. There will many of great opportunities for taking memorable photos. Remember to bring your camera.
Where does the tour end?
The tour ends back where it started in Greenwich Village. Most of our guests, however, opt to get out in Chinatown or Little Italy, which is near the end of the tour.
Where does the tour begin?
It starts at your hotel or residence from anywhere in Manhattan and then we'll make our way down to Greenwich Village (aka The West Village) in lower Manhattan. Greenwich Village is where the tour officially begins. You will be asked to provide your exact meeting location details upon purchasing your eticket.
How long is the tour?
The standard tour is about 3 hours long, but it can run a bit longer or shorter, depending on traffic. However, if your tour begins and / or ends outside of Manhattan the event will take longer.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes, if you will be able to move from your chair into the limousine with the help of the other people in your group, then you can definitely be accommodated on the tour.
Are food and drinks included on the tour?
Though cold soda and water are provided in the limousine, other food and drinks are not included. If someone in your party gets hungry during the tour, you will have the opportunity to quickly buy something to eat when we stop at the South Street Seaport.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We're sorry, but no food is allowed in the vehicle. You may bring your own beverages, including alcohol. The limo is the only vehicle that has drinking glasses available for your use.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour, we will not be conducting the tour during severely bad weather. If, on the day of the tour, the company needs to cancel the tour, we will reschedule you to another time that is convenient for you.
Are gratuities included?
If you feel you enjoyed yourself and had a great time, gratuities are greatly appreciated.
Can I leave my belongings in the vehicle when we make stops?
Yes. You can stow your belongings in the interior or trunk (boot) of the vehicle, but please keep in mind that New York Fun Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Yes! New York Fun Tours® can arrange to have you picked up and dropped off in style. A night on the town, a special date or any occasion. Do you offer discounts for travel agents?
The standard travel agent discount is 10%. This discount is valid for travel agents who will be attending the tour, and requires the agent to provide a business card at the start of the tour.
