Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Weather PolicyActivity takes place rain or shine.
The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).
Other PoliciesAll participants must sign a waiver.
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before taking the tour. Helmets are also required and are provided at no additional charge.
All participants must meet age and weight requirements.
All Segway riders must be age 16 or older and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Each rider must weigh at least 100 pounds and no more than 260 pounds.
