Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Weather PolicyActivity may be cancelled due to severe weather.
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event.
Other PoliciesAll participants must meet age and weight restrictions and sign a waiver at the start of the tour.
All participants aged 14 to 18 must have an adult age 25 or older sign their waivers AND participate in the tour with them. Children younger than 14 are not allowed on the tour. All participants must weigh between 100 lbs and 300 lbs.
All tours require a credit card authorization deposit.
There will be an authorization (not a charge) deposit on your credit card in the amount of $250 per machine. You will need either a credit card or a debit card present with enough available credit for $250 per machine.
