How do I choose my dishes?
Depending on the menu you purchase, you will be able to choose your individual dishes when you arrive at the restaurant.
Can I substitute items from Menu A to the Menu B and vise versa?
Unfortunately the items for each menu are fixed and we are unable to accommodate requests for substitutions.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? Can I pay cash?
Tickets must be purchased in advance, and tours often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please book well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Cash is not accepted.
If a tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?
We do not provide a waiting list. If a date is sold out, there is always a chance that we will add an additional tour. Please contact us by clicking the "Contact this seller" link to let us know which date you are interested in.
How much food is served on the tour?
You will enjoy three or four full courses, including hors d'oeuvres, pasta, an entree, and dessert with occasional additions along the way. Your exact dishes are determined by the menu you choose.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Our tours can accommodate vegetarians. Please let us know if you would prefer the vegetarian options when you purchase tickets.
Are there kosher options on the tour?
Unfortunately, we do not provide kosher food on the tour, but we can give you vegetarian options. Please indicate your preference when you purchase tickets.
Are there food options for diabetics?
Unfortunately, no. There is quite a bit of preparation time and set ingredients that provide the unique flavors of our dishes. Therefore, we are not able to use substitute ingredients.
What type of ticket should I buy if I'm bringing a very young child?
Although we don't encourage very young children to participate in the tour, we also don't pretend to know your children as well as you do. If you feel they are mature enough to enjoy a three hour meal and not disturb our other guests, please purchase a standard ticket for your child.
Are there any beverages served on the tour?
Yes, but they will be charged to each person or group separately. The prix fixe menu does not take into consideration any beverages.
Is wine tasting included on the tour?

Is the tour wheelchair- and/or stroller-accessible?
The restaurant can accommodate both. However, when you tour the actual restaurant, there may be areas (like the kitchen) that cannot accommodate a wheelchair and or stroller.
What happens if it rains or snows?
The tours are held inside the restaurant, so the weather does not affect your experience.
May I bring my dog on the tour?
Unfortunately, due to health codes, pets of any kind are not allowed on this tour.
Are gift certificates available?
