Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
Other PoliciesAfter purchase, you MUST call NBC to reserve your date and time for the Studio Tour.
Until you call to reserve a specific time, you will not be guaranteed entry for your preferred time. (The phone number to reserve your NBC Studio tour will be provided after purchase, on your e-ticket.) When scheduling be sure to leave extra time between the two tours.
For the bus tour portion, tickets are only valid for the date and time you selected during purchase.
Your tickets for the New York TV and Movie Sites bus tour portion of your combo package will only be valid for the date and time you have selected. Attendance at any other time will not be allowed with these tickets.
Children under 6 are not allowed on the NBC Studio Tour.
As a result, tickets can only be purchased for this combination package for adults and children ages six and older.
