HusH Tours, Inc. founded and operated by a Licensed New York City Tour Guide has been in operation since June 2002. We have been inviting our guests to join us in celebration of New York City as the birthplace of Hip Hop culture! We have been featured on MTV, VH1, BET and The Fuse Network along with numerous other national and international press outlets and we participate in the annual promotion with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Vh1Hip Hop Honors Week.
Our vision is to preserve the roots of hip hop culture while offering our guests a family friendly opportunity to revisit present day history. This fact finding tour allows visitors to meet, greet and be joined by hip hop legends like Grandmaster Caz, Kurtis Blow, Raheim, Melle Mel, Busy B, Reggie Reg, Kool Herc, LA Sunshine, Mighty Mike C and an assortment of others. Customers are taught the true essence of hip hop culture in an educational and entertaining format while traveling outside of the beaten path.

Activity Description
If you’re a fan of rap music, then "Where Brooklyn At" is a must-do during your time in New York! With your celebrity guide(s) leading the way, we'll visit the neighborhoods, schools and street corners depicted in the lyrics of your favorite songs, giving you a broader understanding of the references you keep hearing, but never before understood.
Focusing on the hip hop scene in Brooklyn, your 3.5 hour guided bus tour will include:
- A drive along historic Flatbush and Fulton Avenues
- A stop at the infamous Junior's Restaurant for a slice of Cheesecake
- Up close looks at numerous video, movie and TV show locations
- A behind the scenes ride through the neighborhoods of some of our generation’s most popular recording artists, such as the Notorious BIG (Biggie Smalls), Jay Z, Lil Kim, Foxy Brown, Mos Def, Big Daddy Kane, Dana Dane and a host of others.
Our route allows you to see both city and hip hop landmarks such as the Albee Square Mall, Spike Lee's Joint, the former Brooklyn Criminal Court Building, Prospect Park, Fort Greene, Marcy and Roosevelt Houses and spectacular views of the Manhattan Skyline while crossing the Manhattan Bridge into Brooklyn.
What Is Not Included?
Neither a food nor souvenirs are included in the price of the tour, though you will have the opportunity to purchase slice of Junior's cheesecake as well as exclusive CDs, T-Shirts, and more to remind you of your trip. There will also be opportunities to get autographs from the rap legends leading your tour. Please bring cash if you might want to purchase souvenirs or snacks.
