| This tour was great! Grandmaster Caz was very entertaining and informative. My homeboy and I planned for months to go on this tour when in NYC, and we were not disappointed. They took us to some very memoriable spots, and I took some great pictures at the Graffiti Hall of Fame. The lunch spot was off the hook. It was right up the street from the world famous Appollo, and it was a buffet. I am a vegetarian, and found plenty there to eat. Very tasty. Next time I go to NYC, I'm taking the subway to that restauraunt. Even if someone knows NOTHING about hip hop, I believe they would completely enjoy this tour. To see pictures of this tour, look for my New York adventure blog on my website: www.southeasthiphop.org on the links page. Also make sure you tune into www.wutkradio.com every Saturday Night for the Edutainment Hip Hop Show. Aight. | ||||||

| From Arriving in New York on Thursday I had been looking forward to the Saturday for the Hip-Hop tour and it didn't dissappoint. From being a die hard fan of the music and culture this was my highlight. Going back to the birth place of Hip-Hop was only right and with hush tours they know where to take you. With a legend like Kurtis Blow leading the tour and Heading down to the Boogie Down Bronx and seeing where it all started was a real experience. Heading up to Harlem 125th St and Malcolm X Blvd & seeing the 'Real New York' is a must. With Kurtis knowing everyone in Harlem we were able to go into the Appollo Theater and have our photo's taken in the world famous theater. Cheers Kurtis!!. Not forgetting an all you can eat Soul Food Lunch. We also headed down to the world famous Rucker Park. All in all this is a great tour. And not many tour companies would still let you on the tour even though you had accidentally booked for the next week by mistake!!( always double check the date take it from me!!) So if your in New York and love Hip-Hop check this tour out!!! Simon Weir aka DJ Si | ||||||

| For those of us who are too young to know (and that should include most of the people interested in the Hip Hop culture today) the roots of Hip Hop and how it came about this is an exciting tour. Personally, I would have liked to know more about the pioneering Graffiti artists and the environment that spurred them. Nevertheless this tour is highly enjoyable for anyone who ever wanted to know anything about the infancy of Hip Hop and what it was like back in the days .... | ||||||

| This brief but informative tour takes you back in the hay day of when Hip Hop was first created. From the Graffiti Hall of Fame to Harlem World. From Bronx Walk of Fame to the Apollo Theater. It was well worth it for Hip Hop appreciators to Hip Hop heads. Thanks again for the dope experience! | ||||||

The Best Tour in all of New York

| My best time in New York , by far, was being a part of the Hip Hop Tour, Raheim (original member of Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five) was the illest tour guide I could ask for. The tour heightened my awareness and love for hip hop, not to mention giving me a glimpse inside a part of New York I might never of seen. If you are a true hip hop head, dont miss this tour ...it's a classic. --NIEVE | ||||||

| This tour was terrific. Grandmaster Caz was the best tour guide I've ever had the pleasure of being in the company of. Hip Hop should be recognized by the city of New York for the culture institution that it is. Where are the plaques? In any case, take the tour now while it's intimate and small, because it will all have to explode some day and be honored as the great cultural force that it is! | ||||||

| The tour contained 2 parts: 1. Grandmaster Caz / Reggie Reg giving information about Hiphop: how it originated and how it is now. 2. Several places that were important for Hiphop: 125th street, Graffiti Hall of fame, Rucker Park basketball court, etc. The part that I liked most was the information that Caz and Reg gave. It was very interesting even if you know things about Hiphop and how it originated it is interesting. | ||||||

| All I can say, is that if you`re just a litttle bit interested in hip hop and afro-american culture, this tour is a must if you`re in new york. I enjoyed the whole trip, and the pioneers made sure I was never bored, not inside and not outside the bus. After one week in new york, this tour was definitely my biggest experience.. | ||||||

| We have been on several other kinds of bus tours and this was by far the best! Grandmaster CAZ was the best tour guide ever and truly is a master at what he knows and does. We learned a great amount about hip hop and have a new appreciation. Thanks and keep it up! | ||||||

| Despite long times on the bus and spending the last quarter of the 4 hours tour for lunch break and driving back to manhattan , i can recommend that off the beaten path experience, especially if you are into hip hop. Caz is such an charismatic and authentic guide that you should do this tour just listen to his involvement into the rap game which is by the way also one of the best introduction to the early days of hip hop out there. his storytelling alongside the sights made this to one of the most memorable experience of my nyc adventure. enjoy! | ||||||

| The tour was everything I could have have asked for in a tour. Professionally run, excellent, clean tour bus - Grandmaster Caz was amazing, historical information and places provided - including the birthplace of hip hop. As a tourist from another country I would definitley recommend this tour. It is properly and professionally run. they know exactly where they are taking you and everything is timed accordinally. Lunch was awesome!!!!! If your thinking of doing it - do it!!! | ||||||
