| I enjoyed it a lot. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. I was disappointed we didn't get into the graffiti place. It was a lot of fun. Joe Flynn | ||||||

| My teenage kids and I enjoyed this tour. The walking was a reasonable pace and we saw Harlem, heard the stories and the music. We really loved the stop at the park and seeing the graffiti work. It is amazing. Reggie was very interested in all of the group and spent extra time with us, showing us the music shop, a real soul food lunch and a real graffiti shop. I can say without hesitation that this tour is for everyone and the most memoriable experience of our vacation. | ||||||

| The Hip Hip Legends tour was excellent! I was a little apprehensive before the tour, but there was no reason to worry - this is a 100% professionally organised tour, with safety and enjoyment at it's heart. Everyone on our bus had varying degrees of knowledge about Hip Hop and where it all began, but the tour catered for everyone. Everyone who went on the tour came away learning something new (even those that lived through the early days in New York!) This was solely down to the excellent Grandmaster Caz! He was the ultimate host - funny and factual, with an energy and enthusiasm that was infectious. My highlight was the Graffiti Hall of Fame in Spanish Harlem (the main reason for me going on the tour), but there wasn't a dull moment. Getting the opportunity to attempt to breakdance in Rucker Park or try some genuine Soul Food in Harlem. Seeing the venue of the first ever Hip Hop party - where it all began! And above all, you get to be shown round by a real legend! Thanks Hush Tours for a great day out - I will be back! | ||||||

| hip-hop 101 on the bus, passing landmarks and stopping off to see graffiti hall of fame, break dancing and other important spots. the stop in harlem is especially good (soul food restaurant, too). bronx was only a brief drive-thru, but i guess it's important to at least go there. what makes this tour good is that it's led by an early hip-hop artist, in this case grandmaster caz, who was very entertaining. | ||||||

| I would recommend this tour to any hip-hop enthusiast who is interested in learning more about the origins of the genre. Also a good chance to view the sights of Harlem and the Bronx, including the Apollo Theater and Rucker Park. The tour is probably a bit long, but that can be attributed to having to sit in NYC traffic. | ||||||

| You're in good hands with Grandmaster Caz as he shows you where hip-hop got its start at 1520 Sedgwick Avenue, as well as other landmarks in Harlem and the Bronx. Caz was one of the pioneers of hip-hop in the Seventies , and he's got tons of great info and stories. Bring some extra money for the wide selection of CDs, including rare live performances from legends like Grandmaster Flash and Kurtis Blow. A great way to spend a Saturday in New York! | ||||||

| This tour I would recommend. The guide was both knowledgeable and passionate about his subject. I saw parts of New York I would not have seen and learned some local history in the bargain. Make sure you are up for a good walk and you will enjoy this tour gauranteed. You must also try some soul food at the end. great !! thanks Reggie from Dad and Jon Boy | ||||||

| An excellent tour. Some how they manage to cater to everyone from Hip Hop fans to complete newbies. This really is more than a tour of famous sites and more of a trip for anyone that wants to get out of Manhattan and wants to see where (and how) the rest of New York lives. I took my 14 year old nephew and he had a great time. I will be recommending this to everyone I know that visits the city. | ||||||

| Went on this tour with my two sons aged 18 and 16 expecting just to go along for the ride. I was pleasantly surprised as Grandmaster Caz tok us all back to the days when hip-hop began. It was quite an education for all of us and I would recomend it highly to anyone with an interest in the roots of hip-hop and the new rap artists! | ||||||

| Grandmaster Caz proved that hip hop ain't dead, and if this tour continues, it probably will never die. We had to leave for Switzerland on that Saturday evening on the last day of our week long trip and looked forward to the tour ALL week. We were not disappointed, from the start of the tour opening with the invincible Grandmaster Caz and crew rapping live on the bus right up to the cool ending of the Blackbirds "Rock Creek Park". The hiphop bus crew had the whole setup running slick, fast and totally engrossing for the four hours, which just flew past. We felt the history standing in the playgound where DJ Kool Hurk started the movement. We saw the once-scary streets of Harlem and the Bronx, which we never have visited alone (Great .... another typical European false stereotyping smashed!!) Not too sure if my back will recover from the impromptu breakdance lesson, but my wife had a great laugh watching me try to follow the resident expert Mighty Mouse. We'll treasure the experience as piece of the REAL New York. Peace ! | ||||||

| This was a great highlight of our trip to NYC. We live in Oakland, CA and have been waiting for years to go on a tour like this one. Our Guide, Rahim, was very informative, personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. We gained much insight into the origins of Hip Hop and of Harlem in general. We highly recommend this tour and we'll definitely do another one on our next visit! | ||||||
