| it was good to see many spots that you've heard about over the years in different songs and interviews, graffiti hall of fame was a nice stop off, visiting the building that hip-hop started in will always stay in my mind, recommend this to anyone involved in the culture or for anyone wanting to learn more about it, caz was a great tour guide | ||||||

| With only four participants the tour with Mikey D was a VIP Tour! It was really interesting and we had a really great time. The tour is a must for all hip hop fans who want to go back to the roots of New York Hip Hop! | ||||||

| SIMPLY PUT, TAKE THE TOUR..... MY DAUGHTER AND I FROM TWO DIFFERENT MUSIC DECADES WERE INFORMED OF THE EAST COAST HIP HOP MUSIC SCENE, FROM ITS HUMBLE BEGINNINGS TO WHERE IT STANDS NOW, ALONG THE WAY BEING SHOWN SOME OF THE MEMORABLE SIGHTS OF NOTABLE EVENTS AND POINTS OF INTEREST. YOU ARE IN THE COMPANY OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE PLAYED A MAJOR PART AND CONTINUE TO DO SO IN THIS INTRUIGING SIDE OF THE MUSIC INDUSTRY. IT WAS AN HONOUR, TO MIKEY "D" AND COMPANY, CHEERS. GARETH AND LEANNE. | ||||||

| The tour guides were excellent and gave a lot of background detail (Debbie and GM Caz). They always gave us enough time to look at the stop offs and take photos and also ask questions. You get to see a lot in the 4 hours without feeling rushed. The restuarant where we stopped for food was out of this world. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone. This is the 2nd time I have done this tour and each time has been slightly different. | ||||||

| Actually, to tell you the truth it isnt so much about visiting places, even though you see some really cool and great things (which are a must), My host, hip hop pioneer Reggie Reg, was really cool, and fun to be with, what he said was more 'before my time' (Im 14)- my dad knew what he was talkin about! It was interesting, all of what he said, its all realy about wat he says. You should really experience this, whether you addicted to hip hop like me or just enjoy learning about that music. | We had to wait 15 minutes while the bus was set up. Setup with what I don't know since, there was nothing on the bus when we boarded. What the website depicts the tour to be, was actually the last thing it was. The tour guide kept saying how we were driving in his home town, yet couldn't remember what street to exit off of. Pretty sad. I would not recommend this tour to anyone, it was boring, uninformative and poorly planned. Total rip off!!!!!!! | ||||||

| first of all, you must know that all three in my party loved the idea of this and we were super excited to participate in the tour. there were highlights of the three hour experience (five points, the shop stop) but definitely long periods of time that were very boring for everyone on the bus. our host mikey-d was a nice person... but not "on" for most of the time. he also was drinking throughout the day...on one stop he bought a "tall boy" budweiser and drank out of a paper bag. on another stop he bought another alcoholic bev and drank out of a paper bag. seriously unprofessional. add to that - no one in charge "knew how to work dvd player" so movie was not shown during boring parts of trip. the bottom line is that I wish mikey-d had been "on" more...when he was - he was good. also, the tour is too long. there is not enough material to fill up three hours so most of the time is spent riding around with no narration. drinking during the tour added the unprofessional touch that put it over the top. i'm sorry, but i wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone. also, i'm in public relations in new york - you could have had a big fan!!! | ||||||

| I really enjoyed thsi tour, it was everything I wanted it to be. My husband and I could not stop talking about this. This was something we decided to do for our 1 year anniversary of marriage and we were more than satisfied. A memoriable time. We recommed this to others, especially those who think they know about hip hop, but have no idea of the real thing... | ||||||

| We were met by Reggie Reg in Harlem and he gave us a lively insight to Harlem`s music history as well as that of hip hop. His genuine interest in hip hop and music was infectious and my 15 year old daughter and I greatly enjoyed the tour. | ||||||

| This tour I would recommend. The guide was both knowledgeable and passionate about his subject. I saw parts of New York I would not have seen and learned some local history in the bargain. Make sure you are up for a good walk and you will enjoy this tour gauranteed. You must also try some soul food at the end. great !! thanks Reggie from Dad and Jon Boy | ||||||

| It was awesome. Caz a true legend in the game, much respect, keep on represent NY, Bronx that is my defenition off hip hop as a 35 year old male from Copenhagen, Denmark. This culture has been my great joy in life since 1985, i was 13 years old when i for the first time on danish TV saw the acrobatic dance from the streets of NY. Since that i was hooked. Though I am getting older i still go to jams, concerts and sometimes on a club called Hip Hop Kontoret (The Hip Hop office). This culture has giving me so much, and are much more than MTV. I can only recommend Hush tours, even iff you are not interested in the culture of Hip Hop, it is still a big history off New York. Hope to come back soon. I am out. NaS is here in Copenhagen 31. may 2007, and over here in europe we are going to show him Hip Hop is not dead, she is here to stay. Hell yeah!!! | ||||||

| Everyone tell's you all the things you have to do when going to NYC. Well, this is one of them it's just a shame not many people know about it! The tour was superb, informative and entertaining and relevant to both hip-hop fanatics and novices alike. Grandmaster Caz was quality from start to finish. We heard some great stories, had some great food, saw some great sites and were lucky enough to witness Caz perform first hand! If you want to do something completely different from the usual tourist stuff then make sure you do this!!! | ||||||
