| Trip was nice, Reggie gave a good, short summary of Hip Hop history, and was very friendly and open for questions. We visited an exhibition in the Museum of the City of NY ans walked through Harlem, which was quite impressive. All in all I can recommend that tour, especially for those who are not familiar for Hip Hop culture at all and therefore want to have some insight. | ||||||

| A most informative tour with and excellent tour guide, Yo Caz! Highly recommended to anyone who thought they knew everything about Hip Hop, you may have seen the documentries and read the mags and books but to be able to see it all in person is the total experience!! | ||||||

| What an amazing experience to be part of the congregation at the Hip Hop Church. Debra very kindly escorted me herself, and introduced me to Kurtis Blow on arrival. The night was full of energy, and wonderful entertainment. I almost forgot I was in a church! The Pastor has created a great thing, and I hope it continues to be as strong as it is, with whoever replaces him. I was made to feel very welcome, and enjoyed taking part in the singing and dancing in the pews. An experience I will always remember fondly, and something I will never experience anywhere else! | ||||||

| Knew a fair bit about hip-hop's origins before we went on this tour, but found out ALOT more! Grandmaster Caz is a superb host, filled with knowledge and alot of humour and happy to take questions at any point... It's amazing to see the many spots that you just wouldn't be able to find ithout a dedicated tour-guide pointing them out. Seeing the hall of fame, Spanish Harlem, Malcolm X's Mosque #7, the Apollo and so on was amazing. RECOMMENDED! | ||||||

| I really enjoyed the tour, especially the way GM Caz presented it. that was great. I liked the places we went to, perhaps lunch was a little too long, | ||||||

| The tour was great... Am not as deep in my knowledge as my husband and found it just as entertaining as he did! Grandmaster Caz was totally engaging, held the floor of the bus as it was his stage... Taking you through from the roots of hip hop (thank god no jiggy ish), and where it all began... The food wasnt as bad as a previous poster described, its a soul food buffet, take what you like, leave what you dont... Was dope to get a pic with Caz at the end as well, definitely one for the album!!! | ||||||

| I was lucky enough to do this walk tour with my teenage daughters. Although it was a very hot day we managed to enjoy every minute of it. Our guide was the well known and reputable Rahim who has been a legend in hiphop for many years. He was informative , friendly and humourous. The sun was beating down and we sweated our way through the amazing streets of Harlem, hanging off Rahims' every word. I was surprised that their was so much history and information. We had so much fun. The only thing we would have liked to have seen was a display of hiphop dancers. We know that this is only one aspect, but it would have finished the tour perfectly. Rahim was both professional and interesting. Great tour for the whole family. However I would advise you to put on your walking shoes and be prepared to walk for one and a half hours. | ||||||

| It was very informative and at the same time lively - it was nice to get to know the narrators on a personal level. We got to see every hidden corner of Harlem and the true roots of hip hop which made you really appreciate it to it's fullest and get behind the whole movement. Lunch is fantastic! I didnt feel like I needed to eat again for a whole week, the food was that good - real soul food! Stops on the tour included the Graffiti Hall of Fame which oozed vibrance and character, Rucker Park where a few of us shot hoops!,The Walk of fame in the Bronx...awesome. Interaction was great and everyone was involved. Definately is a must do if visiting New York. | ||||||

Not worth the price tag

| Most viewing is done from within the bus (not a luxury bus as stated) and too many insignificant pieces of information. Would expect a proper soul food restaurant rather than an "all you can eat "type for $ 4.99 | ||||||

| The 3 of us who went along on the tour were pretty well schooled on the origins of hip hop, but no matter how much you think you know, this tour is absolutely worth it! It was such an inspiring tour, we definately left feeling re invigorated and inspired, cannot recommend this tour enough!!! And that Soul Food was damn good too! Thanks for such a memorable day :o) | ||||||

| One gets an overview of the early history of hip-hop. The guides are very friendly and interact a lot with people. I would have wished more stops and more music in the bus, though. The food was excellent. | ||||||

| Universally excellent - anyone who cares for hip hop enough to see past the cristal and the grills needs to spend an afternoon with Caz and his memories.. goes a long way to pass on some much needed cultural pride re this phenomenon. What Debra is doing is worth everyone with a beat in their soul's attention - the outreach to the NYC community is also to be commended.. make it a stop on your NYC visit.. oh and Mannas chicken is the s***!
