| It was something I could enjoy with my children. I enjoyed the on/off bus breaks... Participant involvement was a nice touch. I especially enjoyed the stop by the Nike tribute to Men's Basketball while in Harlem. My children who are bb enthusiasts also enjoyed that quick break. Caz was entertaining; as well as a turn off. The group and their questions also add to the tour, along with attendee’s personal experiences. I would do the tour again with a new group. It would be good at the beginning of one’s visit to NYC to set the tone for other excursions while in NYC. Lunch was the best food I had while in NYC, with much variety; being a diabetic I appreciated the lunch stop. A give-a-way would add to the tour! | ||||||

| 1. Too long for what it contained. 2. Although we enjoyed the food very much the restaurant did not have enough seating and we ended up eating our food while sitting outside on the ground/sidewalk in front of a boarded up storefront. 3. VERY disappointed that all we saw of the Apollo was a 5 second stop out front. The Apollo was highlighted in the description of the tour so I assumed there would be more emphasis on it. 4. Curious why no mention was made of the band "Queen" as the beat of "Rapper's Delight" is eerily similiar to "Another One Bites the Dust" and the song that Grand Master Caz was singing "We are the champions" is also a Queen song. 5. More actual hip hop music on the tour would be good. 6. The info on Graffiti was great. It is an incredible art form! Would have liked to see more authentic graffiti rather than what seemed like "staged" graffiti outside of the school. (Did those artists get paid?) 7. The tour started off really well with the breakdancing. It got the tourists involved and hyped about what was to come. Could use more tourist involvement thorughout. You need to sustain the interests of the youth ( and their parents) who have short attention spans. 8. The four pillars (legs) of hip hop was a wonderful way to set up the tour but it seemed to not go anywhere. Could you have the tourists try out some authentic equipment at a stop in the Bronx as a hand's on experience of one of the legs? I think the four legs has a lot of potential because everyone can undersatnd the analogy/metaphor, but its potential needs to be explored as an easily accessible construct to which people can apply what they learn, it all just needs to be more explicit. | ||||||

| This tour shows the side of NY the other tours do not, which is very important. I am really glad of all the work you are doing to preserve hip hop history. Liked everything. Loved how much knowledge Caz had. What I would add is that we all make up a rap song together on the tour bus. Also, eat at Amy Ruth's. Peace. | ||||||

| It was great to have Grandmaster Caz, someone who was around at the time, tell us all about the birth of Hip Hop, and visit locations where it happened, as well as other great experiences every Hip Hop fan would love. There was a guy on the tour who came for the second time, and I'm thinking next time I'm in New York, I will too! | ||||||

| 'Tour leader' was very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions put to him. Covered a large area of New York and saw a number of sights en route to the following destination. Highly recommended for hip hop enthusiasts (especially fans of old school hip hop) | ||||||

| The Walk this Way tour was definitely a highlight of our trip to NYC. Reggie Reg was a great host and we learnt so much about Harlem and its roots in hip hop culture. The best thing about the tour was that we were able to get the insiders tour. There are so many historical hip hop landmarks that would go un-noticed. It was great to get a sense of the proud history in Harlem. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting NYC. Cherie New Zealand | ||||||

| Our tour guide Reggie Reg was funny, congenial and a living history of Hip Hop! The tour began at the Museum of New York City and the video history of New York provided a good introduction to the tour. Reggie was open to any and all questions and suggestions. In particular we enjoyed the real experience of Reggie, he grew up in the community - Harlem and Hip Hop and it is clear that he is passionate about both. We found the heat a bit daunting and would've loved to have dined at the restaurant we visited at the end of the tour, but we were too hot and tired to indulge! We will return! Thanks Reggie! | ||||||

| This tour provided me with so much history about how hip hop originated, where, and with whom. I would have loved to have seen some actual photographs of this--the first party, how people dressed, etc. "MASTER CASANOVA FLY" was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. So was "MADNESS". I also would have liked to have seen more people hip hop dancing. I loved visiting the building where the first hip hop party took place. I wanted to hear more about how hip hop has changed and what it is like today. I also wanted to know more about the message that the hip hop culture shares with the world. It was so inspiring to hear about how people who loved hip hop would do anything to get the chance to dance. It seems as though hip hop is a way of life. | ||||||

| You are not going to get a more authentic tour in New York. Even though I grew up in the second generation of hip-hop it was a great history lesson not only of hip-hop but of New York as well. The tour guide did a great job of giving in depth first person information with regards to hip-hop - I would highly recommend this tour. | ||||||

| Great tour by people really in the know - not just about hip hop but about Queens too. A brilliant way to see a different borough and learn about what it really means to live there. The graffiti at 5 points is worth the trip alone. Highly recommended! | ||||||

| I am not into Hip Hop at all. I took this tour with 3 teenagers because they wanted to take it. I came away with a different point of view. I have so much more respect for the original Hip Hop artists!!!!! WOW. I was blown away! Very professional and amazing! Thank you! The best tour I have ever taken | ||||||
