| This tour is so inspiring and exciting! On our tour, Reggie Reg (Crash Crew) and Raheem (Furious Five) took us on a journey to understanding and appreciating hip hop culture from its inception to its influence on popular culture today. The tour was interactive, tasty (yummy soul food in Harlem), and without doubt the highlight of our visit to New York. Thank you Hush Tours for this great experience! | ||||||

| This was a wonderful tour. It is a must if you are planning a trip in the area. We had the benefit of having a smaller group - so the tour was very personal and we were able to really have a unique experience. The person that took us on tour was VERY knowledgeable and made sure we have an opportunity to really appreciate the culture and history of hiphop. The lunch buffet was outstanding and really made the experience significant. Don't hesitiate to take this tour, it is the real thing -- it will be one of the most memorable experiences in New York . | ||||||

| Coming from London, and listening to hip hop for well over a decade now, we really wanted to see all the places it originated from. This tour gave us a great insight into how it got started and we could picture the scenes of the early days due to a great running commentary as we passed these places on our tour bus. These guys know what they are talking about, and tell you in an amusing and inspiring way. The graffiti hall of fame was a highlight for me, as I had always wanted to see this. The food in the restaurant was lovely and gave us a great chance to chat to our fellow hip hoppers on the tour. All in all we really recommend it, and when we come back to New York, will be taking the other tours available. We cant wait to return!!! | ||||||

| This is a TOP NOTCH tour! It was very organized, well planned and ON TIME!!!! We were fortunate to have Kurtis Blow and Reggie Reg. They are knowledgeable and passionate about Hip Hop Culture which made the tour truly worthwhile. Although my husband and I experienced the Hip Hop movement first hand, our 11 year old son did not. We feel that it's important for him to learn history and he did. We all enjoyed it!!! The lunch was great, the group was small and overall if you're a fan of Old School this tour is not to be missed!!!!!!! | ||||||

Would definately reccommend the tour when in New York. i particularly enjoyed going to the appollo and didnt expect to be able to go in definately an added bonus and an honour.Thanks. | ||||||

| Universally excellent - anyone who cares for hip hop enough to see past the cristal and the grills needs to spend an afternoon with Caz and his memories.. goes a long way to pass on some much needed cultural pride re this phenomenon. What Debra is doing is worth everyone with a beat in their soul's attention - the outreach to the NYC community is also to be commended.. make it a stop on your NYC visit.. oh and Mannas chicken is the s***! | I wish we had more places to visit where we could get out of the bus. I wish we had listened more music and less talk. It is too expensive to be in the bus for nearly three hours and eat at a $4.99 all you can eat buffet. I have eaten soul food all my life, and was disappointed. The host was kind and funny; but patronizing and not very open to dialogue. I am not crazy about tours and was trying to have a positive experience. Had it been less expensive and lasted 2 hours only, I would have enjoyed more. | ||||||

| One gets an overview of the early history of hip-hop. The guides are very friendly and interact a lot with people. I would have wished more stops and more music in the bus, though. The food was excellent. | ||||||

| My sister and I took our sons, ages 14 and 16. My son is the one who's interested in hip hop, but we all had a great time! Grand Master Cas was an awesome tour guide and had a lot of interesting stories and information about the sites. We got to see parts of New York that we otherwise wouldn't have been to. I would definitely recommend taking in this tour. Oh, and lunch was great, too! | ||||||
