| Travelled from the Liverpool in the UK to New York and this was the one tour that would let me see some of New York that you wouldnt see on the normal tourist trips. Also, being a big hip hop and electro fan, I just knew that this tour would not disappoint, especially with originals from the furious five and fearless 4 with us hosting the tour.
The tour was absolutely brilliant. I think the best for me was actually visiting the location where DJ Kool Herc first laid down his first set - the beginning of it all. I felt absolutely honoured to be in the presence of the pioneers from Hip Hop and to hear their stories and see the love they still have for something that happened so long ago.
If you are a fan of music and want to learn something of a culture that is as much a part of New York as the Empire State Building then I recommend this tour to you. There are some major historical landmarks which New York and America need to recognise for their effects on music and culture throughout the world. |

| Really enjoyed Caz telling stories about the early days of hip hop! Great to meet Curtis Blow at the soulfood restaurant. I also liked the way Caz involved the group.
Suggestions for improvement:
- more historical facts about hip hop (a handout and/or tipps for literature would have been great)
- more illustration material (photos, books, film)
- tipps for current hip hop clubs as well as record and other stores
- an outlook on current hip hop trends
These are just some ideas : )
Thank you and all the best,

| While you're patiently waiting for the time machine to be invented, the Hip Hop Tour Led by Pioneers of Rap is the only way you can experience hip-hop history first hand! Being in NYC and not hopping on the Hush Tour bus is like going to Florence and not going to see the Uffizi! If you are a hip-hop fan, or are just curious, just DO NOT miss it! |

| An excellent tour. Some how they manage to cater to everyone from Hip Hop fans to complete newbies. This really is more than a tour of famous sites and more of a trip for anyone that wants to get out of Manhattan and wants to see where (and how) the rest of New York lives. I took my 14 year old nephew and he had a great time. I will be recommending this to everyone I know that visits the city. |

| Loved the tour. Was engaged and entertained from start to finish. Loved Grandmaster Caz - what a guy - and was really interested in all he told us. Especially liked where we stopped for lunch. This little English white girl got her first taste of the oft' referenced 'collard greens'! |

| The tour started with as much energy as it ended. Grandmaster Caz and JDL were outstanding! You truly feel as if your are on a time machine, learning about all of the smaller footnotes of Hip-Hop that the rap industry has left out. You really get to come face to face with the struggle these legends have in trying to maintain the integrity that Hip-Hop began with. This is the only place where you can come to meet, talk to, and interact with a LIVING LEGEND. This is a one of a kind event, to be enjoyed by all cultures, races, ages, and backgrounds. If you love Hip-Hop, and really want a solid perspective on where it acme from, then I would reccomend this tour WITHOUT QUESTION!!! |

| Excellent tour, excellent guides, great value.
I've toured the spiritual home of Opera [La Scala in Milan (Italy)] and been to the home of Ballet [Mariinsky in St. Petersburg (Russia)] ... the hip-hop tour of NYC is much more moving and a better experience ! |
