| This tour not only provides a good background on the history of hip hop, but also gives you a view of New York City beyond the usual paths taken in Manhattan. Grandmaster Caz was our guide, he's funny and obviously knows what he's talking about. Considering what an uninformative taxi ride would cost for the miles we were taken, what we got to see and experience, this tour is WELL worth the value! |

| We are a couple from Austria and did the tour as part of our ten days New York stay. Grandmaster Caz really made an effort to convey what hip hop was about in the early days.
So if you want to get an idea of the locations and people that created the hip hop culture in new york in the late 70 s this is probably he best tour you can get.
You also get to see some parts of the city most other tours would not get you to. (Spanish Harlem, Bronx, the Lennox / 125th corner in harlem,...)
We considered it an important part of the cities culture one should not miss.
After all you cant ask Chagal what his paintings meant in the Museum of modern Art, but you can ask Grandmaster Caz. So get there and do so!
Very entertaining and informative! |

| This activity was a big cheat.
First, we stopped in a "graffiti mural" at East Harlem, which wasn't as good as the Long Island City one.
Second stop was to make some basketball shots at Harlem, too. But the best was after, Grandmaster Caz said: "Let's go to the Bronx", and the Bronx which we saw was the Yankee Stadium title from the bridge, and then, back to Manhattan. I was stupefact, but nobody said nothing.
The best thing too was we took a hat and chains around the neck by the staff, but at the end, we must return to them... (The hat was no Kangol, and the chains can be found at Chinatown...)
The paradox is that the other excursion with Hush Tours was in the other extreme, was very dope and interesting. |

| All I can say is this was the best tour I have been on!!! Our guide was Grandmaster Caz....what more do I have to say??!!! Caz was cool, down to earth, entertaining and informative. Even with the hectic traffic and detours due to the Mets/Yank game we still enjoyed ourselves completely. Also helping guide was Madness....he was bananas!!! Loved every bit of it. Lunch set it off too...delicious!! This was a wonderful way to bring our vacation to an end!!

| I enjoy hip hop and learning about the roots of hip hop. This tour did provide information about the key players and the means in which hip hop evolved, but I found it to be a little unorganized and a means to promote Grandmaster Caz's comeback. |

| Being a fan of Hip-Hop from the early 80s to todays different sound this tour was a true experience of Hip-Hop culture which defined and still defines New York City. Travelling to the birthplace of Hip-Hop The Bronx as well as Harlem our tour guide 'Reggie Reg' gave all the info anyone who was unaware of what 'Hip-Hop culture' was all about. Knowing my Hip-Hop history it was great to visit The Graffiti Hall of Fame, Rucker Park and other places of Hip-Hop relevence which you wouldn't normally find on that New York tourist map!.
Whether you are a Hip-Hop historian or a novice Hush tours can deliver the info and experience like no other. Massive shout out to Reggie Reg of The Crash Crew , Madness and of course Debra.

| I've been all over the world and this was one of the most fun things I have participated in. Great guides, very informative, fun and a look inside a world that shows diversity makes us all better as a whole. I, and my nieces, had a great time and appreciate the professionalism and talent of the persons involved. I would recommend this activity to anyone, it was fun! |
