| OMG!! I absolutely loved it. I have been on MANY NYC tours and this was completely different. It was interesting, fun, interactive and educational. I currently live in Brooklyn and love when I have opportunities to see other parts of the city. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to hip-hop lovers and people who just want an exciting/different experience in NYC.
All of the landmarks were historical and the Graffiti Wall of Fame was amazing!!
Grandmaster Caz was the guide and what a lucky woman I was to have a forefather of Hip-Hop giving me a tour and history lesson. He was VERY funny and honest. And now I can't stop seeing him on every show and documentary of hip hop....He is even my MySpace picture right now :) |

| We knew nothing about hip hop and as tourists we were advisedto take this tour and we were so glad we did! Grandmaster Caz was funny, intelligent and a fantastic guide! We learnt so much and it was great to visit Harlem and the Bronx too. He's motivated me to learn more about Hip hop and we are telling all our Aussie friends to do this tour as it was the best tour I've ever done! Thank you! Tania and Goran (Australia) |

| I highly recommend Hush Tours NYC, if you are looking for a guided cultural tour with a difference. If you have time, you may want to consider at least two tours. I booked this tour using the online booking system, as I am from Australia. Hush Tours is not the run of the mill guided tour. It is much more and you are bound to learn something new, even if you are an avid hip-hop fanatic and expert yourself. I found the company to be prepared, on time, upbeat and host Grandmaster Caz is a natural talent, who will ensure you are guided tour an interactive experience of his backyard, NYC. I toured in Aug 2009. It is a positive experience. |

| The Hip-Hop tour was a great time from start to finish. It delivered everything that was promised. The leaders were friendly and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend this tour enthusiastically. |

| I had a great time and learned a lot about the beginnings of the rap genre.
Best parts:
1. I got to meet Raheim Williams from Grandmaster Flash!
2. We got to get off the bus and walk around the famous sites.
3. We got to take photos on and off the bus.
4. We ate at a fantastic soul food restaurant.
5. We got to see the Apollo Theater (the outside, anyway).
6. We felt safe the entire time.
7. Raheim performed an impromptu rap on the bus!
8. Guests got the chance to perform rap on the bus.
9. Raheim was genuinely friendly and funny!
Things I would change:
1. Be able to enter the Apollo and look around.
2. See a break dance performance (I thought we were going to see one because there is a photo of one on the Zerve site).
3. Stress more that the souvenir CD samples songs and doesn't have the whole song.
4. Play more music on the bus. Match the songs to what the guide is discussing. Let the guide talk, then play a whole song, not just 10 seconds. Somehow more rap music should be worked into the presentation.
5. See a DJ demonstration in a gym or rec center (maybe combine it with the break dance).
6. Get a free t-shirt with each ticket purchased.
7. Pimp up the bus with spinning hubcaps, gold chains, etc...

| The hip hop tour led by Grandmaster Caz was great! We visited the site of Kool Herc's first parties, the graffiti wall of fame, and saw a number of important landmarks. Caz was entertaining and informative, even rapping his own version of Rapper's Delight to correct the original one that Sugarhill Gang made famous without crediting him as a lyricist. |

| my boy and i took this tour to check out historic places in NYC that were important in the early days of hip hop. As both of us have been down with hip hop for 10-15 years we werent after the beginner class style that the tour was. Would have been dope if the tour have delved deeper into the mindset of the movement (but cant expect much as its more aimed at tourists/people who dont follow hip hop). Caz was the best mc we could have hoped for, entertained us like crazy and we were lucky enough to meet KRS-1 on our tour so u aint gonna catch too much reck from us. Look forward to a tour (if possible) that takes heads deeper into the old stomping grounds of all the elements of this ish'. THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND - U NEVER KNOW WHO U COULD CATCH CRUISIN WITH CAZ IN NYC!! |

| For someone who discover for the first time NY, Hip Hop Tour should be a part of the complete experience. Nowadays you cannot define New York city style without Hip Hop Culture. Cannot ignore it, or maybe if you go there exclusively for shopping... hahaha. How you could discover on your own the spots, how you could find out THE places, who else should guide you better than the one who made history? Those are only few reasons for taking the Hip Hop Tour. I enjoyed a lot those hours, and now I regret a lot for didn't have enough time to know you guys better. Congratulations for a very good ideea and for your generosity to share with us your experience. So: Suzi loves Hip Hop! Thank you all, THANK YOU Grandmaster Caz!
