Great unforgettable cultural experience!

Took my teenage daughter to NYC for 1 week and hands down this was the most memorable experience. Grand Master Caz is not only a legend but an all around cool guy. My 15-yr old daughter now understands where hip-hop started and appreciates true hip-hop vs. what is out here today. We enjoyed seeing the real New York far more than the touristy areas. We had a great time and both came back inspired by this unforgettable cultural experience. We will definitely recommend this tour to anyone. When we come back we will for sure check out the other Hush Tours and activities.

A Tour of New York that needs to be Taken
Fri, Mar 5, 10   11:00 AM AlvinAlexis Male 40-49 Local Individual
I took the Tour with GrandMaster Caz on March 5th and learned a lot of interesting things about the Origins of Hip Hop and what constitutes this art form. Our Host/Tour Guide was very engaging and entertaining and shared a lot of wonderful stories about his personal involvement as well as his role in making and shaping HipHop into what it eventually would become. You don't have to be a fan of HipHop to enjoy this tour but you will certainly gain an admiration and appreciation for what these youth of the early seventies were able to do with their raw talents that would revolutionize and change the entertainment industry as well as the world.

Wow what a day this was :) My fiancee and I were in NY for 5 days and this was a main highlight of our trip. I am a keen hip hop enthusiast and learned so much more than I ever knew about the history of hip hop. My fiancee on the other hand didnt know much about hip hop but she does now!! The guides were informative and full of energy. The whole group got involved and the sights were amazing!! I would recommend these tours to anybody looking to see the real NY. Looking forward to doing another one ASAP Des, Ireland

I took the Tour to celebrate my Birthday weekend [2-19-10]. I never expected to have one of the Best Times of my Life. Grand Wizard Theodore is 100% Authentic. He makes you feel so Connected to Hip-Hop with his vivid details of actual events that made Hip-Hop History. Mr. Puerto Rico kept it Real. I was in tears when it ended. Because you never want it to stop. I luv ya'll so much. I extremly Recommend this tour to those who Appeciate REAL HIP-HOP.

Learnt so much about hip hop with the enthusiastic Grandmaster Caz. Everything he told us wasn't from a book. He lived it. Seeing the neighbourhoods of Harlem and The Bronx really breaks the barrier of Manhattan.

This was a real highlight of my first trip to New York and I will certainly be back to check out the other tours that Hush have on offer. I have a real interest in the history of hip hop and have read some books on the topic. Even still there was plenty of great information and it was also fantastic to see the sights and meet the people I had read about. Grandmaster Caz led the tour with help from special guest JDL and both of them were real nice guys.

Amazing Tour with an amazing Guide

We´ve done the Harlem and Bronx tour, led by grandmaster caz. It was so amazing, you can see where it all started from. Grandmaster caz, as a guide was a god damn genius, his charisma and story are what makes the tour such an unbelieveable expirience. And for all the international tourists thinking about enjoying this tour it may be important to know that the guide uses a generally understandable english. So it was no problem for me to follow his words. As a conclusion: A great, save tour which gives you a good sight into what hip hop really is, what it was, how it changed the whole world and how this whole thing started. Next time I stay in New York, I will do my next tour

This tour is amazing! You will see what the tour companies usually do not want you to see, namely the Bronx and the heart of Harlem. GrandMaster Caz is probably the best tour guide I ever had! I really think that, liking hip hop or not, this tour is something to do absolutely in NYC!
