| It was the Pioneers tour taken by Cold Crush Legend Grandmaster Caz, assisted by music master and co tour guide Puerto Rico.
Took in many stops in Harlem and a few in the Bronx.
Saw site of Herc's first party in Sedgwick Avenue, plus various clubs in Harlem.
Take a camera, you see some great graffiti.
Only wish is that tour took in the Bronx River Projects too, maybe they can be added? |

| Grand Master Caz took my tour and it was extremely entertaining and informational. Being taken around to historical sites in Hiphop was too good to be true - particularly 1520 Sedgwick Avenue.
I would have liked a greater focus on bboying, for example visiting Happy Warrior Park (aka Rocksteady Park). Meeting and seeing some old school bboys would have been great too.
No freestyle battle or meeting of Kool Herc occurred during my tour on a Thursday.
Otherwise, the tour is a great way to complement or begin current knowledge of hiphop and its origins. |

| The tour was everything I could have have asked for in a tour. Professionally run, excellent, clean tour bus - Grandmaster Caz was amazing, historical information and places provided - including the birthplace of hip hop.
As a tourist from another country I would definitley recommend this tour. It is properly and professionally run. they know exactly where they are taking you and everything is timed accordinally. Lunch was awesome!!!!!
If your thinking of doing it - do it!!! |

| Really enjoyed the tour. Grandmaster Caz is amazing and very entertaining with his stories and experiences. He definitely exudes sincerity about hip hop culture. I come to New York often, but saw some places I've been meaning to check out. Now, I'll definitely go on my own. The lunch spot (Jacob's Restaurant) was an excellent choice. Thanks for a very entertaining tour. |

| If you're a HIP HOP junky, & you want a more detailed history of its origins, with a side of Harlem/Bronx history, this tour is a MUST! I look forward to my next NYC visit so I can do the Brooklyn & Queens tours! |

| We had a tour last Saturday and it was a real blast. Not so much about what you see, but about the stories Grand Master Caz told us during these 4 hours. He knows all from first hand, still remembers everything and can prove that he is still the best MC of his time. He is a great entertainer, very sincere (we were wondering why he was doing that tourist thing: guess he earns his living, but obviously he enjoys doing it , too). Best part: his rap in the bus, before the lunch in a Harlem cantina. Advice: Buy his disk during this stop.
