The guide stated he was a chocolatier and was very knowledgeable about the chocolate shops we visited. The taste testing in each shop was a bit much, but we were able to take the samples with us. It was myself and my daughter who were on the tour.... if there had been 5 or 6 people, I think that would have been too many. Overall, I would recommend if you have the time. |

My fiancé and I had an amazing time on this tour. Our tour guide knew so much about each chocolate at each place. Her enthusiasm for the chocolate made our experience that much better. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who likes chocolate. I will definitely be going back! |

I surprised my boyfriend with this tour and he could not have been more excited when he realized we were going to be eating chocolates all over SoHo. We visited 5 unique chocolatiers, tried their signature pieces and got to choose another piece to try. We had four different kinds of hot chocolate. The tour guide was fun and very knowledgeable and the shops were beautiful. It was a wonderful afternoon and completely worth the price. I will definitely be going back to these chocolatiers and probably be giving this experience as a gift to our friends in the future. |

This ended up being a private tour, which was great because we got to pick the tour guide's mind.
The chocolate stores were very accomodating and the cup of Hot Chocolate we were served was the best we have ever had! Interesting to taste the different countries chocolate! |

We live in nyc part time so we are in Greenwich and SoHo a lot. The tour showed us places we had walked by and missed. I plan to go back to some of them. I recommend the tour to anyone that has seen the regular tourist sights as a fun thing to do. |

No reflection on the tour guide. She did her best.
First - the group was too large - we could not hear the shop descriptions and at times we had to wait outside and go into the store in two groups. Most of the time was spent walking and choosing the chocolates due to the number of the people on the tour - 14+. In addition although we were told to be on time - we waited for over 15 minutes for late arrivals and that is after arriving 15 minutes early.
Second - we thought we were going to see the back rooms and the actual making of the chocolates. We thought we were going to see what the public could not see. That was not the case.
Third - there was quite a bit of walking - more than we planned on.
Fourth - paying $70 for 10 pieces of chocolate in retail shops, straining to hear, and standing in the cold; is not how I would suggest anyone else spend their hard earned dollars. |

This "tour" is really a visit to 5 chocolate shops, and a tasting. I expected more information about each shop, and what makes it special, than a one-paragraph description! |

This tour was very well organized. We had a group of 11 which was a perfect size. The walk was slow but nice enough to absorb the atmosphere and take time to smell the roses.
We will highly recommend this tour to others and we can not wait to take other tours with this company! |

A girlfriend and I had booked two spots on a group tour. We got a telephone call and e-mail the morning of a tour letting us know that our tour had been cancelled. The company was very apologetic and instead gave us a private tour the next day which was our only free day in New York City. LOVED the tour. |
