| We had no better experience during our vacation in New York than our photo tour. Every picture turned out great, and we got to see more than we thought possible. Mark was a knowledgable guide and an excellent photographer. We highly recommend it to everyone! Thanks again for such a wonderful experience!! | ||||||

A Fantastic Highlight of the Big Apple

| My husband and I took Photo tours with Marc on our first full day in New York City. It was a fantastic start to our week long trip in the Big Apple, as Marc covered all the tourist spots, and a little bit more. We recieved well over 170 Images of our tour, which is the now the highlight of our photo albums. The photos are fantastic, capturing all the wonderful sights, some photos a little more animated than others. Overall the whole experiece was alot of fun. Marc recommended places to eat, things to do, and sights to visit while on our tour to really experience NYC. On his photo trek tour we also visited more obscure areas that the normal tourist would not see. I highly recommend this as a good starting point for anyone visiting new york city. The photos are memories you will treasure forever, and a great way to capture your whole touring party. | ||||||

| Our Best of New York Tour was fantastic! I would definitely do it again and will certainly recommend it to my friends. We were scheduled for a 2 hour tour, but we actually received about 3 hours. Marc went out of his way to accomodate us in where we met to begin the tour and in giving us information on how to get to our meeting place. He also made sure we got on the right train for our next tour at Yankee Stadium and in making sure we knew how to get back to our hotel. We also got more pictures than we thought we would. Marc is very knowledgeable about New York, but he makes you feel completely comfortable and safe in the city. He could tell I was a little nervous about riding the subway, but he put my mind at ease to where I actually enjoyed it. I highly recommend this tour for anyone that is not familiar with New York. | What a fantastic day we had with our photographer Marc Samuels. The photos are "all" beautiful. Thank You Marc for the most wonderful coverage of New York City and the Brooklyn bridge. We would have never covered all the areas and picture perfect spots as we did in four hours. Errold and I thank you as well as our lucky stars for this fun filled adventure and a must do photograghic tour for all. We simply loved it and at the same time had alot of fun with you. We were renewing our wedding vows after 15 years of marriage and wanted photos to remember how wonderful it was. Our photos turned out so beautiful! | It is impossible to describe how much we benefitted from our PhotoTrek tour. The combination of the wonderful photos plus the fun and informative tour made this a purchase we would make over and over again. We met with Marc on the the first full day in NY and based on his tour and advice we were able to successfully navigate the city on our own for the rest of our trip. It was so nice to have memorable photographs that actually had both of us in them for a change. Marc was very personable, professional, and knowledgable of the city. This tour was the highlight of our trip. We loved it!!! | ||||||

| My wife and I where visiting New York from Australia as part of a Birthday gift to my wife and purchased the four-hour tour. Marc Samuels provided a wonderful and enthusiastic service. Mr Samuels’s obvious enthusiasm for his native New York was infectious and my wife and I not only enjoyed the photographs but also the fabulous guided tour. We would recommend this tour to all and sundry. | ||||||

| My husband and I did this tour last weekend, and it was amazing and well worth the money. We were a little up and down at first if we should do it, but only because the cost was high for our finances and budget. But it was the best thing we did while in NYC and don't regret spending the money at all. Marc was awesome and took us places we probably would have overlooked or passed up because our stay was so short. He made the tourist side of our weekend for sure. Marc was very concerned with wanting to make sure we got to see as much as we could in our 4 hour tour. I had made a list of places and he asked throughout the tour to take our list back out to make sure we were covering everything and to see what we should do next. The pictures were wonderful, my husband and I hardly have any pictures of the two of us on vacation because there is usually no one to take them. Now we have pictures of us in NYC. We have gotten so many compliments on our photos it is crazy. Thanks so much Marc for making our trip so enjoyable. | ||||||

| We arrived in New York, as tourists, with our mouths open and our eyes shut, after our time with you, we became travellers, this time with our mouths shut and our eyes open. This was so very much more than a photo tour, Marc is a walking talking New York encyclopaedia. Every question thrown at him he answered. You are not so much a photographer, but rather a photo designer. I did not appreciate this until I got home and saw the prints. What I thought were photos taken at random, were in fact, marvellously choreographed shots, every single one having a backdrop of some aspect of New York life. Your photographs are the bonus of your tour, the other things you showed us proved invaluable . How to use the subway……worth its weight in gold. Theatre tickets, we got three for the price of one! …..terrific. Century 21st……………nuff said! Excellent restaurants…. You must have saved us hundreds of dollars. Also we went to places with the real flavour of Manhattan , places we probably wouldn’t have got to. It was an incredible afternoon for us, one that we will never forget, and our photos will keep it a vivid memory forever. | ||||||

| We really enjoyed our 4 hours with Mark and saw loads of things we wouldn't have seen if he hadn't been showing us around. It was my second trip to New York and we have come to the conclusion I must have had my eyes closed the first time because I didn't see half of the things I saw this time with Mark or maybe its just because he knows what he is doing and where to take you. Considering I don't really like walking or having my photo taken it was a weird tour for me to book but I thoroughly enjoyed it and the pictures are very good too, it didn't feel like we were walking for 4hrs. It was my mums first time in New York and these 4hrs were her favourite part of the break. We would both recommend it. It was great not to have to carry cameras around or to have to keep asking people everytime we wanted a picture together, our trip has been well documented in our photos and are something for us both to keep and enjoy. | ||||||

| Mark was very good with people. He made my husband and me feel at ease. He taught us to use the subway and to not be intimidated by it. We saw more things in four hours than we would have otherwise seen in a week. He took over 150 pictures of us and the sites that we visited. He delivered these to us on a CD the next day. Mark has grown up in the City and so also gave us the feeling that we were meeting a local. He was very professional and at the same time friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the "tour" very much. | ||||||

| The photo tour was a unique experience that enabled us to see parts of New York that we would probably have missed. Even though the weather was miserable the photo's were excellent and it was lovely to have a set of photos of all the places we visited (with both of us in them!!!) We were only in New York for a short visit, however the tour made us a feel like we didn't miss anything New York had to offer. I would thoroughly reccommend the tour and hopefully they'll spread to other parts of america and we will definately use them again!!!! Many Thanks | ||||||

| Mark made every effort to ensure our trip was fun and informative. We travel domestically pretty frequently, and like most husband and wife trevelers we return home with pictures of each other, but rarely with pictures of us together. With Mark that was not the case on this visit to New York City. We have pictures from locations, and angles that only a native would know about. Mark shaped the tour to meet our personal requests, wants and needs. We decided on the 4 hour tour and highly recommend it in order to see everything possible. After touring with Mark we felt like we were much more capable of geting around the city on our own. | ||||||

| The "Best of New York" photo tour was fantastic. Marc, the guide, was an outstanding guide and photographer, who not only was able to capture my wife and I on film, but more importantly share with us his vast knowledge of New York City. He not only knew where to go but was able to provide us with the knowledge and education on how to travel in the city on our own. The pictures he takes are amazing, the back drops, the city, the sights are all there behind you to share with family and friends. The tour is perfect for anyone who is looking for an in depth, insiders view of the city; but also those people who never have the chance to take enough pictures on their own when traveling. This is a must for the first time visitor to New York who wants to capture the excitement of your visit on film. | ||||||
