Great Way To Remember Your NYC Visit

| We use to live in NYC. We returned for a visit and to elope. We wanted photos of our time in NYC and found Photo Trek Tours on the web. Marc did a great job and I highly recommend him. He was friendly, prompt, flexible, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Since our plans did not quite fit the tour description I called and left a voice mail requesting a call back before booking. Marc was prompt in responding and provided me with guidance for booking the tour to fit our needs. Even the booking service Zerve, provided unexpected customer service. I purchased two tours on back to back days for what we had planned. A Zerve customer service representative called me to make sure I had intended to book both tours because they were booked about 15 minutes apart. The Zerve representative wanted to make sure I had not accidentally duplicated the booking with the second purchase. I personally feel this is a sign of quality customer service. During our NYC photo tour Marc had all the bases covered maneuvering the city and catching some great pictures of our time in NYC. Marc was also helpful and informative when we went to city hall to get married. He even was the witness for our ceremony. The photo cd's of our trip were delivered right to our hotel before we departed NYC. I doubt anyone will be disappointed with Marc's service. | ||||||

| found this tour after hours of searching on internet and yes it was worth it ,marc met us at the hotel as requested ,talked to us for a few minutes about what we were going to do and where we were going ,then it was off to times square to start the tour ,marc is takeing pic,s right from the start and just keeps on going, the places he took us to and the pictures he took were all fantastic we had over 200 photos and all of them had great backdrop in them .how to ride the subway,where to get cheap theatre tickets we certainly knew how to get about new york after the tour"Marc keep up the good work cos when we come bac we'll certainly be calling you for another tour" | ||||||

| Marc was very knowledgeable about the entirety of the New York City area and provided helpful knowledge that many first time tourists would need: how to use the subway system effectively, restaurant recommendations, sight-seeing recommendations, etiquette, history, etc. His photos were well-done and a CD of the entire shoot was made available to us very soon after the tour was finished. I recommend the experience to anyone who wants to get acquainted with NYC in a short amount of time, and get some quality mementos at the same time. | ||||||

| We were in NYC on our honeymoon when we met Mark for our "photo-tour" and were very pleased with the tour, the photos and the tid-bits Mark had to pass along. I had been to NYC on several occasions, but my new wife had never visited before so the tour served as a wonderful introductory tour to the city. We have reviewed our photos several times and are absolutely thrilled. I have already mentioned the phototrek website to many friends and would encourage anyone to use Mark's services as they are professional, and the photos are of extremely high quality. I know that many of them will be framed for our home. | ||||||

| My Daughter and I took this tour and it was great fun and a wonderful experience. Marc was awesome and his passion for New York shows in the pictures he takes. We are thrilled to have this permanent memory of our trip to New York! We could not recommend Mark Samuels more highly. | ||||||

| We had a great time getting to see some of the highlights of the city. The tour allowed us to become more comfortable with getting around on our own, especially after learning how to ride the subway! The next day, you would have thought we were natives! Mark made the afternoon fun and enjoyable. The CDs with the pictures from the day were delivered the next day as promised and are a great memento of our trip. I would definitely recommend PhotoTrek Tours to anyone visiting NYC for the first time! | ||||||

A Fantastic Highlight of the Big Apple

| My husband and I took Photo tours with Marc on our first full day in New York City. It was a fantastic start to our week long trip in the Big Apple, as Marc covered all the tourist spots, and a little bit more. We recieved well over 170 Images of our tour, which is the now the highlight of our photo albums. The photos are fantastic, capturing all the wonderful sights, some photos a little more animated than others. Overall the whole experiece was alot of fun. Marc recommended places to eat, things to do, and sights to visit while on our tour to really experience NYC. On his photo trek tour we also visited more obscure areas that the normal tourist would not see. I highly recommend this as a good starting point for anyone visiting new york city. The photos are memories you will treasure forever, and a great way to capture your whole touring party. | ||||||

| The guide was extremely friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic about the area. All of these things made the sightseeing much more enjoyable. The fact that he also memorialized the trip with photos will give us a chance to relive our entire trip to New York. I would recommend this tour above all other things I did in New York. The broadway shows were great but the memories will fade with time. This tour will not because of the many photos we have. | ||||||

| Prior to booking our tour, I was a bit apprehensive about spending a day with a tour guide, whom we hadn't met. I could not have been more pleased with the decision that I made to take a chance and book the PhotoTrek tour. Marc put our family at ease right away. He is tremendously knowledgeable about the city and was able to answer every question we had. My husband and I agreed that this tour was worth every penny and more- because we actually received two opportunities for the price of one. We were able to see and learn about New York City, while obtaining pictures of all of our family in the meantime. When adding these quality photos to our album, I was pleased to have so many vacation pictures without a member of our family missing (to take the photo). Mr. Samuels provides a wonderful service to visitors of the city. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Thank you for helping our family to capture memories of NYC and for being so kind to us. | ||||||

| As first-timers to NYC, Marc's tips were very handy. We learned how to navigate the subway system and the streets of NYC. Our two-hour tour began in Times Square, hit highlights along Fifth Avenue, through Central Park, onto the subway, to a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. Marc worked with us when the airline cancelled our flight and put us in a real jam. The airline also lost our luggage with our walking shoes inside. This tour requires sneakers to keep pace with Marc. This tour is NOT a leisurely walk around the city. Be prepared to walk at a brisk pace to fit it all in. The photo CD was delivered to our hotel the very next day. You see so much, it leaves your head spinning. Thankfully, you'll have a ton of photos to remember it all. | ||||||

| We had a great time on the tour. We got some great hints about where to eat and some night life as well as learned how to ride the subway. We did this tour at the beginning of our trip which is the best way to do it because Marc's hints helped us for the rest of our trip and we rode the subway everywhere! This is a great way to familiarize yourselves with the city and we felt it was one of the highlights of our trip. We would recommend this tour to others! | ||||||

| We are so glad we found phototrek tours!! It was everything we thought it would be and much more. One of the highlights of our trip. Definately worth every penny. Our guide was so accomodating of everyone in the group. Very informative, a great way to get an overview of the city and great pictures without having to take your camera. Lots of wonderful pictures. We had our CD's the next morning delivered to our hotel and returned home from vacation to find our photos had been e-mailed to us. I will definately recommend it to any of my friends and family visiting the Big Apple. | ||||||

| The "Best of New York" photo tour was fantastic. Marc, the guide, was an outstanding guide and photographer, who not only was able to capture my wife and I on film, but more importantly share with us his vast knowledge of New York City. He not only knew where to go but was able to provide us with the knowledge and education on how to travel in the city on our own. The pictures he takes are amazing, the back drops, the city, the sights are all there behind you to share with family and friends. The tour is perfect for anyone who is looking for an in depth, insiders view of the city; but also those people who never have the chance to take enough pictures on their own when traveling. This is a must for the first time visitor to New York who wants to capture the excitement of your visit on film. | ||||||

| To say this tour is AWESOME would be an understatement!!! I only give it five stars because I can't give it six! Marc does an excellent job getting around the city in a short period of time. Not only that, he shows his guests how to get around on their own as well. This is by far, the best way not only to see the city, but to also get a feel for the city. | ||||||

| I didn't tell my girlfriend we would be going on a photo tour of new york city but I planned it out with Marc and he was Great! Marc and I talked a few times through email and over the phone and he helped organize the tour for me. He even helped me pick out a place where I could give my girlfriend a special gift I bought her in a setting away from all the commotion of NYC. Afterwards he directed us to where we needed to go and even got the cd of pictures to us a day later. Marc was great and I highly recommend him. | ||||||
