| Wow, what a great and awesome experience this was!!!! Mark was super. Called several times before the tour to confirm and make sure of all details. The tour of NYC was great! We saw things we would never have seen or done without his guidence. The pictures are terrific!!! What a way to remember NYC and our trip. The Central Park experience was suberb. We will have life long memories thanks to Mark. Mark has a great attitude and will work with you to see the things you want to see and then will show you things you might not have known about. He was fun to be with for the tour and a great guide. We took several other tours while in the city and the guides were smart asses or not very intellegent. They were just in it for the buck and that was not the case with Mark. If you want to see NYC the right way , avoid all the commercial sight seeing trips and do this. Well worth every penny!!! Mark, thanks for the great and awesome tour and pictures!!! | ||||||

| Not only did my wife and I get a great tour, loaded with local flavor and history from a true native New Yorker, we have the best photos from any of the vacations we have ever been on. The exceptional quality of the pictures can only be equaled by the iconic NYC locals that they where taken at. Not only would I do another tour with Marc and Phototrek when I return to the city, I am recommending it to anyone I know on their way to the big city. | ||||||

| This was the best part of our trip to New York! Marc was the most professional and fun person we dealt with in New York. I booked this for my two sisters and I, we had a blast. He was awesome with getting us familiar with New York and took us to so many places we would have never thought of. It was so much fun, that I convinced him to squeeze us into his schedule for the next day. That’s right I booked him for two days! The photos are awesome and capture us/ our personalities with the most beautiful landmarks and backdrops you can imagine. By the time my tours were over with Marc I felt very comfortable with all the streets and subways. This is the best way to get familiar with New York if you have never been. Plus, let’s face it, how many people do you know can say that got a professional photographer to capture their moments with their loved ones to guide them through New York. Treat yourself your on vacation be part of the picture not the one taking it!!! | ||||||

| We wanted to learn more about New York from a native New Yorker. Marc was very knowledgeable. He provided much information and showed us sights we did not know about such as the talking wall at Grand Central Station. The pictures he provided at the end made the tour truly memorable. | Our Tour Guide, Marc Samuels, who is a native New Yorker definitely LOVES New York and wanted to be sure we left “The City” with as much appreciation for New York that he has. His enthusiasm and knowledge of New York really showed through every aspect of his work. He was fun, informative, and needless to say a great photographer TOO! We were so pleased to be able to remember the highlights of his tour with a fabulously choreographed album that was as unique and special as our tour. We learned so much from Marc about New York in just 2 hours – it was amazing and well worth the money. There is no question we would recommend Phototrek Tours to family and friends – it is so worthwhile and we have wonderful photographs that will last a lifetime. Definitely add Phototrek tours to your list of things to do when visiting New York! | ||||||

| My wife and I recently went on the Phototrek Tours Taste of New York City tour and can not recommend it highly enough. The tour was the highlight of our entire trip to New York City. Mark, our tour guide / photographer, was excellent. He took us to locations in the city that we never would have experienced as casual tourists, made theater and restaurant recommendations, showed us how the subway system runs, explained to us about the various neighborhoods in the city – he made us as comfortable as natives in a city that can be pretty overwhelming to tourists. The tour was fantastic, giving us not only a great feel for the city, but also tons of wonderful photographs that we will cherish always. Unlike so many other trips where we came home with only memories or at best a few lousy pictures taken by reluctant strangers, thanks to our Phototrek tour we have an album full of great photos from our trip to New York City – I wish Phototrek tours was in every city I visit! I can’t recommend Phototrek tours highly enough… don’t miss this tour! | ||||||

| I took this tour with my daughter. We had so much fun. Since this was our first time to New York it was great being with someone that knows the city. We love the pictures. He definitely knows the best spots for pictures. (The Brooklyn Bridge is awsome!) Only wish we had done this our first day instead of the last since he explained the subway system to us. Put on your walking shoes and prepare to get lots of great photographs. | ||||||

| Mark was wonderful! He was extremely informative on NY City tips for restaurants, how best to get around, and make the most of a short weekend stay in New York. For "first timers" to New York, I could think of no better way to aclimate yourself to the city in a short period of time. It is well worth the price because not only do you get a private and customized tour, you can be worry free about preserving your memories as he snaps photos along the way to capture each and every memory! And, ... don't forget the exercise you get as you walk the City. We truly felt as though we "experienced" New York by walking its bustling streets, looking up, and being in awe of the sites!! The pictures were wonderful. Our family has traveled all over the world including the caribbean, Disney, Europe and Asia. We love pictures and use professional photographers often. Mark and Phototrek are one of New York's City's best values! | ||||||

| We enthusiastically recommend this tour. The guide was very knowledgable about the city and the photographs were wonderful. Since it was a personalized tour, just for our group, we could tailor it to the places and areas that we were most interesting to us. The guide gave us great tips on navigating the city. We toured in the morning and had the CD's with the photos delivered to our hotel later that day. If you take this tour, bring your walking shoes because you will be covering a lot of ground in 4 hours! | ||||||

| Great Family Tour Overall, this was a wonderful experience. My husband, my daughter, and I had a great time and the pictures are fantastic. It’s not easy to entertain a nine year old for over two hours, but this tour was a great solution. Since this is a photo tour as well as sightseeing, my daughter was essentially in the spotlight the whole time, which made her really enjoy herself! Plus Marc, the tour guide, took us to some really fun places. He is very friendly and an excellent photographer. Considering how much we would have spent on family photography elsewhere, this was a real bargain! I highly recommend this for families or couples – anyone really. | ||||||

| My husband and I went to New York City to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We took The Taste of the City Tour. It was terrific. Our guide, Marc, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the city. He showed us the highlights and made us feel comfortable in New York. After the tour we received wonderful pictures of us at the places we visited. Each time we look at them we relive our trip. It is a priceless memento and something we will always cherish. My husband and I very highly recommend PhotoTrek Tours. | ||||||
