| Marc did a wonderful job on our walking tour of NYC. I surprised my sweetheart with a proposal in Central Park during the tour and Marc captured the moment beautifully. He was attentive but also knew when to give us a few minutes to spend "our time" together. Thank you Marc! SCQ | ||||||

| Just got back a view days ago and our photo's are stunning! Marc's a great guy, fantastic photographer and he really loves the city and it's beautiful sites. He can tell you a lot about historical buildings and other sites and show you anything you'd like to see. So don't be shuy and just ask him if you want to know or see something specific. The photo quality is good enough to enhance your pictures and the speed of delivery is mostly within 24 hours. Since we were in NYC for just 2 more days this was perfect. For people that don't like to get their picture taken, this is a great tour to book, because you're just walking down the streets, going on the subway, talking a lot and make jokes, it's almost as if the photographer is part of your group. At first we got worried that we would feel awkward, but we really didn't. I can't tell you enough how much we've enjoyed this phototour! Great pictures and lots of sightseeing. The perfect way to cover your citytrip! Especially when you don't have a lot of time or when it's your first time in the city. We'll definately come back to New York and we're 100% sure of making a second phototour with Marc! Once again we bow to Marc, all the way from the Netherlands. See you in a couple of years! | Having never been to New York and going as a couple we really appreciated the background and knowledge our photographer gave us, we travelled the subway which we would not have done alone and saw many things we would never have otherwise encountered. Our guide `Marc' was friendly and informative, our photographs delivered to the hotel the next day as promised. All in all a highly recommended service and a wonderful souvenir of a wonderful break in a wonderful city ! Thanks very much. Mike and Sarah. | ||||||

| We a couple of 41 yrs old from Hilversum, the Netherlands did the tour on President's Day, on feb the 16th. Tour started at our hotel at 8 am and lasted untill 11 AM ending in the Villages. In these 3 hours we learned to use the subway, saw Broadway, Times square, Central Park, Grand central station, Brooklyn Bridge, and the Village. We originally had planned to tour further on our own after we said bye to Marc our tour guide, but after 45 min in the village following the advise to visit the market we decided to return to the hotel to relax from all the impressions and to view the 164 pictures.(on our request Marc made the pictures in RAW using the CF card we gave him) By using our own CF-card Marc does not have any copies of the pictures for back-up or request in the future. We really enjoyed the combination of the conversations with a local NY-er, Marc 's outstanding knowledge of the environment and the fact that we received the bonus of the pictures. It's well worth the price. Do wear comfy shoes and plan this activity in the beginning of your trip. In the afternoon we returned to visit the Central Park as it was perfect weather, and in the late afternoon we visited Top Rock (advise from Marc) were we had a nice view of the city(including ESB and Central Park). Later we send some pictures to our girls in Holland which they liked very much. | ||||||

| This is something that anybody going to New York should do. We decided to take the tour as it was our first time in New York and also because when there's just two of you, it's difficult to get a lot of pictures together. The pictures that Mark took were brilliant and we ended up with 150 photos, well over the 75 we were initially expecting. Mark turned up 10 mins early and was really friendly and approachable. He was really informative and even showed us how to get around on the subway, which we then ended up using all week! I'd recommend taking the tour early on in your trip as it really helps you find your way around. Mark also dropped the photos disc off at the hotel desk as arranged. We had great time and the pictures we have brought back are fantastic! Mark does a brilliant job and has allowed us to bring back really good photos of a very memorable holiday. Thanks again Mark and hope the New York winter starts to warm up for you soon! | ||||||

| My boyfriend and I came up to New York for the weekend specifically to go on this tour, we planned our whole weekend around it. Marc was amazing and the pictures we came home with will last a lifetime. We really feel like we accomplished everything we wanted to see during our time with Marc. As a native New Yorker, he had tons of information on the history of the city and landmarks. I would recommend this tour to anyone coming to the city. Even though I've been to New York on several occasions, it was the best way I've ever truly "seen" the city. Thanks March for the fantastic pics and wonderful memories! | ||||||

| I truly enjoyed my Photo Trek tour with Marc. He gave us a great tour and was so easy to travel with around the city. I was really afraid that my boyfriend wouldn't like to tour and having to stop and pose for pictures, but it wasn't awkward at all! He actually ended up really enjoying it and loves the pictures. I am so glad that we went on this tour, because we saw some great spots of NYC that we might of missed and we got a lot of great pictures that we will cherish for years to come. I thought that this was the best purchase that I made on the entire trip! My family and friends have thoroughly enjoyed our pictures. If you want great pictures and a really great tour, don't hesitate, sign up for this tour! You will not be disappointed! | ||||||

| I love photos and was determined to not come home with a camera full of pictures of my boyfriend and me alone so looked around and found phototrek, We took the 3 hour tour on the 28th December 2008 and thought it was very good, was a bit apprehensive as could only find reviews on this site and they all seemed positive which made me doubt it! (thats just me ha ha) really glad we did it, ended up with 145 great photos. My least favourite bit was the amount of time we spent in the village and soho, i did feel that this could have been more condensed but dont get me wrong i loved it and would defiantley do it again. Marc was very accomodating and would happily change the order of the tour to suit you if required. | ||||||

| This tour made our trip even more special and better still unique as our friends back home had never heard of the tour. We saw and heard about New York from a New Yorker's perspective. Mark was punctual, extremely friendly and straight away made us feel comfortable and welcome. We were shown things around New York that we would probably have never seen or done during our trip. This tour is a MUST for any tourist visting New York. Our photo CD was delivered to our Hotel the next day as promised which was fantastic, such great service. The first thing we did when we came back to our home in Scotland was put our CD on, the photos are just fantastic. There is no way we could have got photos like this had we not done this tour. The fact that it was christmas and a lot of our photos had christmas decorations in them was just wonderful. Thanks so much to Mark for all is hard work and please please book this tour if you are visiting. We have already been passing the word round to our family, friends and work colleagues.We loved New York! | ||||||

| The photo trek tour was the best part of our trip. As this was our first visit to NYC, we set up the tour for our first day in town. And boy are we glad we did! Mark gave us the knowledge and history of the city, and the confidence to venture out on our own. And we got some great pictures along the way! | The photo tour was more than we both expected!! Marc met us at our hotel first where we decided together what spots we should go to. Marc, thank you so much for the priceless photos. We are using them in a photo book and since we got engaged that weekend to the tour and the photos were a great way to commemorate our trip. We would recommend this photo tour to anyone visiting New York. It will be the highlight of your trip, not to mention you'll have tons of pictures of your group professionally taken!! | ||||||

| The Best part of our Trip! Not only did the pictures turn out SUPER, but we got to see sites we would NEVER have thought to go see durng our stay. Not just professional, but very knowlegable about the city AND offered advise on what to see during our stay. It's fast paced, but you don't feel rushed. My husband and I were celebrating our 7 year anniversary. Of all the events we had planned, this was our favorite. This is a "must do" for anyone. Make sure to do this first as you are guided by a professional with helpful hints on riding the subway, getting around town and suggesting areas to visit according to your likes! Definitely worth it! Definitely will recommend! Thanks for the memories PhotoTrek! | ||||||
